- IM TRYING TO BE MORE ACTIVE because my body just kind of hurts all the time and getting more than zero exercise is really helping me feel better! I want to have a few cute things to work out in and I love the workout skirts that @blogilates designed, so as soon as they get restocked I am buying one in every color! But until then, I try to make my own 😂👍🏽
This winter has been such a hard one, its so snowy and super cold and I felt my chronic pain getting worse by the day, at the beginning of the year I committed myself to getting more daily activity and after a few weeks I started to notice that my joints started to feel better, that my muscles were getting stronger and my overall attitude was improving! I spend a lot of time sewing and doing office work and going outside during the winter did NOT sound like fun, so my husband cleared a space in our storage room and he hung a TV on the wall so I could follow along to UA-cam workouts and its been the greatest thing!
Having a few cute and fun workout outfits helps me stay motivated to keep moving!

Very cute! Just wanted to recommend greenstyle patterns, they have several work out skirt patterns and a super cute tennis dress, most have pockets in the shorts because who can live without pockets!

Why can’t you just add some cuffs or some long ruffles to the bottom of the shorts? That’s what I would do!
And if you don’t have matching fabric, use something contrasting and then add that in elsewhere in your design. I’m a little extra, so I would do it as bows and/or extra ruffles.
