Sew this easy project in just minutes.
Makes a wonderful Christmas gift or birthday gift.
You only need :
2 pieces of fabric 9
non woven fusible interfacing
and 5½” of ¼” elastic
Use a knitting needle or point turner to poke out the corners and curved edges.
Topstitch all around with a longer stitch length.

Yeah but if you use holiday fabric it’s not going to keep being used through the year.. if you use an everyday pattern/color they’ll actually use it!

OH MY GOD!!! Me too. I was trying to figure out where this tutorial was going. Love the project. Going to make them for Christmas stocking stuffers.
Just made this oh-sew-easy (😉) card holder and love it! I made only one minor change as my elastic stash was low - I used a hair elastic (from the dollar store) , shortening the stitches over the elastic to ensure it stayed put, et voila! A super quick and easy holder was born. Thank you for a fun pattern and excellent tutorial, Angela ☺️

Elastic hair tie... know it well! I used them on masks in 2020, extending the side to accommodate the extra coverage. Also have used the small quarter size hair ties as a loop around a button.

@@darleneelko1956 I use the "child size" loops and sew them to my kitchen towels. Now they hang on hooks neatly.
