Wow, surprised you don't use tomatoes. That is always my problem, cutting up the tomatoes as they always just seem to get soggy. Maybe I will have to give this recipe a try cuz I love me some guac!!!Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
I add chopped tomatoes but always depip before adding to other ingredients.

@@loveforeignaccents remove the inside of the tomato leaves the flesh. you can dry it with a paper towel, if you want
