How to obtain the upper/lower triangle of a matrix in R

This video shows you how to obtain the upper triangle of a correlation matrix in R, R Studio, or R Studio Cloud and the lower triangle of a correlation matrix in R, R Studio, or R Studio Cloud. I will also show you how to keep or remove the diagonal of the correlation matrix for the upper/lower triangle.
This video will help undergraduate students, graduate students, academics, and market researchers with analyzing data from survey research.
We use the upper.tri and lower.tri functions in the base R environment with R programming language.
