Hi Ms Lippy, Praise the Lord for your relief from pain and recovering. I make a comfrey salvewith extra vitamin e and castor oil. Joe has been using it on his scar from his shoulder replacement surgery. His scar is hardly noticeable. Some of it you wouldn't see if you didn't know it was there. So happy that you and Mr Buddy are doing so well. I don't know if the hurricane will hit you, but praying for yours and Deep Souths safety ❤
Ms Diana, I do incorporate vitamin e oil and castor oil in my salves, started using it yesterday after the last scab fell off. Continued Prayers for Mr Joe🙏❤️

We did get winds, not too terribly bad; but much needed rain was a blessing. The brace went back on and only off to do my exercises, making chili was a little too much, so back to baby steps

So happy you got the cast off! Wearing the brace will give you freedom to remove it when resting. I had to wear a hand brace because I sprain my right hand and wrist about a month ago. I still wear brace when lifting heavy stuff. My thumbs is still sore and painful at times. I heat up a rice sock at night in microwave to help with the pain.
@@MsLippy Years ago I had my ankle cap removed for a surgery and they put it back on with a large screw. Over the years it really bothered me and they had to take it out. The same with my right arm. It was broke clear through in 3 places and I needed 2 metal plates on either side of the bone held in place with 4 large screws. Eventually that all had to come out because they were painful. Bodies aren't meant to have metal stuff put in them, lol..........I know exactly what went through and how it felt ❤
