    WOW, ive been having trouble find the perfect leg exercises that dont cause any knee pains amd after trying these movements exactly like you said with all the pushing through the heels there was absolutely no pain. Great video

    Very very helpful. Thank you so much. I had a knee replacement last year with lots of PT but it was very quad-dominant focused. I am having to learn to wake up and strengthen my glutes now!

    If you still have pain there must be from strengthening to much over there 😅 sorry but it was obvious.
