Your videos with tips for going up & down stairs are really helpful. I have always gone downstairs quickly using gravity. Lately have knee pain ( ex pro dancer )so your tips are very usefull. But what do you suggest when carrying a heavy bag in each hand ( balanced load). Whilst going down stairs. Would love to attend your clinic but I live in Spain✈😂
