- Please subscribe to the channel so I can keep bringing you great content! In this video, I install a 2 inch lift on a kzj90 JDM Land Cruiser that I imported from Japan!
The install process is the same for the 1997-2002 4Runner, Tacoma, Hilux Surf and Land Cruiser Prado.
The ARB springs were sourced in the United States but are available worldwide wide.
ARB makes Prado Specific springs for diesel/ gas models so make sure you order the correct springs!

Yeah it’s not bad at all! Just take your time. I recommend replacing those lower strut bolts and the tophats while you’re down there.

Don’t tighten the lower strut bolt until the full weight is on the ground. And torque the top ball joint to factory spec or it will fail.

Please consider subscribing, 99% of my viewers are not subscribers and it takes a lot of effort to figure out what works on these trucks and to make these videos. With that said, shortly after I posted this video I swapped the rears to ARB 60027 (ARB store on Amazon)
For the fronts I kept the Bilstein/ RCD shocks part number F4-BE5-D558-T0 (search for these on eBay)
The bilsteins I previously had on the rear were bottoming out constantly on the factory bump stops.

How much does this lift kit set cost ?
The springs are around 400.00 and the shocks are about 700.00 depending on which ones you end up with. I ended up with bilstein in the front and ARB/ OME in the rear.
