Ingredients( measurements given here are double of what mentioned in video):
Rava 1 cup + 1/4 cup
Wheat flour 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Oil/ghee 6 tbsp
Dahi. 1/2 cup
Milk. 3/4 cup
Vanilla 1tsp
B pwd 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
B soda 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 pinch

Amazing recipe! The cake turned out beautiful and delicious. Browned well. I tried the recipe in the description as i wanted a bigger cake. The sweetness could be reduced to 3/4 th cup sugar as we are using granulated sugar. The cake softens further the next day & tastes exactly or even better than iyenger incase the brown crust is chewy (if slightly overbaked). Thanks Pri for this wonderful recipe & video..

Hey, I tried this just a while ago. It has come out superbly sumptious. Yes.. much better than Iyengar Bakery. I used oil and ghar ka ghee mix, mineral sugar i already had which gave nice brown color to the cake. Took long time to bake though, could be because loaf pan i have is bit thicker aluminium. Thanks a lot and love!!
