आज मसाला किचन में बन रहा है सूजी केक रेसिपी | बिना ओवन केक, बिना कंडेंस्ड मिल्क, बिना बटर, बिना आटा, बिना मैदा के केक, सूजी ब्रेड, बेकरी जैसा केक, सुपर सॉफ्ट कढ़ाई केक, तवा केक, मैदा केक, सूजी केक, मलाई केक, रबड़ी केक, कड़ाई में केक, कुकर में केक, स्पंज केक, बर्थडे केक, वनिला केक, टी टाइम केक, बाजार जैसा केक, बिना ओवन के केक, स्ट्रॉबेरी केक, पौंड केक, फ्रूट केक, आइसिंग केक, क्रीम केक, पेस्ट्री,फ्रूट केक, ब्रेड केक, इंस्टेंट केक, कप केक, चॉकलेट केक, आसान केक रेसिपी देखिये और मसाला किचन केक रेसिपी को ज्यादा से ज्यादा शेयर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Malai(ताजा मलाई) - 1/2 Cup
Curd(दही) - 4 Tbsp
Sugar Powder(चीनी) - 1 Cup
Semolina(सूजी/रवा) - 1+1/4 Bowl
Milk(दूध) - 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/2 Tsp
Colorfull Tutti-frutti(रंगीन टूटी-फ्रूटी) - Some
RECIPE:
Pre-heat the pan by putting a Stand/Steel Ring in it. Cover it & keep the flame high.
Grease the Cake tin with Oil and place Butter Paper in it.
Take a big bowl & put Fresh Malai, Fresh Curd, Sugar Powder & Semolinain in it. Mix well by adding some Milk gradually. Cover it and keep it rest for 30 mins. Then Put some more Milk for the perfect consistency of the batter Baking Powder & Baking Soda in it. Mix well & transfer the batter to the cake tin. Then put some Tutti Frutti in the half portion. Bake the Cake in the pre-heated pan for 25-30 mins till the toothpick comes out clean, the sides get brown and the cake leaves the edges of the tin. Then turn off the flame. At last, allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes. Then run a knife around the edges of the tin to loosen the cake & demould the Cake. Finally, cut the Sooji Cake into slices and enjoy it. In this way, Iyengar Bakery Style Sooji/Rava Cake will be ready to serve.
Special Tip:
Use all the ingredients at room temperature.
For Baking- You can Bake the Cake in the preheated OTG/Microwave Convection mode at 180 degrees for 20-25 min
