Everyone in this family has great sense of humour. The reaction of videos are good, but interacting with each other is even better. That little girl is very lucky to have parents like you.
@@bfsgman I noticed it too, it seemed like he was a little rushed (for time, maybe) and his delivery IS, as you said, SO MUCH BETTER in the later one. Also, he elaborated a bit more in the later one.
Who needs a video - you guys are funny as hell ! my late wife and I were married on Halloween day , used to be my favorite holiday - not anymore . love you guys . I saw Mr . Carlin live in 1985 to this day I've never laughed so hard
You reminded me of a euphemism in 'Star Wars - Episode II - Attack of the Clones' where Anakin says "We went into aggressive negotiations. Negotiations with a lightsaber.
For some reason 'Weirdly and Creepella Gruesome' from The Flintstones popped into my head. But Morticia and Gomez would be great!!! ....... Oh wait ...... maybe Brad as Uncle Fester! 😁 Love your work. Cheers and thanks!
Do you know if this was part of a TV special ? The reason I ask is my Mom and I like to watch comedy when I go to visit her, but it's hard to find clean versions of George's material. I've only seen the later version of this routine and it's to rough to watch with my aging Mother.
I've never seen this version of this bit before, just the special. It's basically the same, but more refined there. The funny part about this version, though, is that you can see that he has to hold back the swearing and the sort of language that is "inappropriate for television", and that almost throws him off in a couple of places. :)
this is a different version of this bit then i am use to which is from his 92 hbo live special and he added things and changed the delivery on it for that
I like the curtains open...It brightens up the room. Maybe turn off the lamp. Or not it looks very relaxed and inviting without the outdoor light and the fire going. 😜 🤪😝
Halloween costumes... Hmmmm..... I would say Sexy Nurse.... and.... for Lucy.... :) Yeah Brad as Homer Simpson and Lucy as 'sexy nurse'. Assuming we will have the privilege of seeing these costumes. Or... go as Laurel & Hardy :)
For a different look at Mr.Carlin, there is a 1965 clip of him on The Merv Griffin Show doing regular stand-up,but still is very funny. It's on UA-cam, just type in early George Carlin, it should come up
I remember when they changed Strengths and Weaknesses into Strengths and Limitations. The Irony being that weaknesses can be trained and overcome whearas limitations are static. Almost as though the language was changed to encourage dependence...
Speaking of Euphemism I like to play on English words, when somebody asks me if I am alright I usually reply with "I have to left feet but apart from that I ain't so sure!" Also it bothers me that we have special schools, special Olympics, special needs! So it surprises me when I hear about Special Forces going to war!!
The missus and I call each other mongs and worse all of the time. We still love each other more than anything though. Or if there's a gorilla on TV she's ask when I filmed the shot and how much did I get paid.
Please react to "The difference between a DORK and a NERD" by comedian Don McMillan. You'll find it on DRY BAR COMEDY channel. You'll laugh your ass off. 🤞✌️
Not so long ago I was talking to a neighbour (kind of funny: Hello, Robert! Hi, Robert!) and we were talking about another neighbour who I said had died. Actually, I said he had passed-on. Why I shrank from stating the fact is how euphemism invades how we speak nowadays. The upshot of this is that Robert immediately became alert seeing the phrase in a literal context and asked if I was a Christian and then began to evangelise about God and Heaven. I'm afraid I laughed and told him to go his way and I'll go mine. He was downcast that he hadn't converted me. Robert, UK.
Maybe the word you wanted at 11:10 wasn't 'Political'? Maybe *'Polemical'* is closer. A few George Carlin 'Specials' were on UK cable TV in the '80s/90s. I liked his polemics, but crowds went crazy for his fast, faultless delivery of lists of words. UK comedians could do that. Carlin's _The Ten Commandments_ ua-cam.com/video/sk81tUUhRig/v-deo.html still seems valid. Another was _7 dirty words_ ua-cam.com/video/vbZhpf3sQxQ/v-deo.html but that seems to have lost its impact. Best Wishes. ☮ _Ricky Gervais on Noah's Ark_ ua-cam.com/video/h6omFJhKr6o/v-deo.html is Ricky's stand-up polemic.
I absolutely love george carlin ❤❤a man who spoke the truth and was never afraid to say it ❤❤

That is the most calm I have ever seen George Carlin be.
This was definitely a warm up gig for his later live gig that we all know so well. So interesting to see how his bits evolved.
I noticed that as well. His delivery is better in the more well known version.
@@bfsgman I noticed it too, it seemed like he was a little rushed (for time, maybe) and his delivery IS, as you said, SO MUCH BETTER in the later one. Also, he elaborated a bit more in the later one.
I loved the intro. The guy in the kayak didn't let anything bother his singing!
Finally my favorite comedian! glad u guys reacting to him. Love from Egypt!
Lucy, you & your daughter have beautiful skin!

Sorry to hear ❤️
Mr Carlin the world's greatest philosopher comedian....
I so love your channel, stumbled upon your content but you never fail to bring a smile to my face.

Hey guys I love your channel keep on doing the great job on the reactions

I'm sitting here enjoying your reaction to the great George Carlin and drinking a beer in the exact same mug. I knew you two were cool;)
Queen rocks
It's great to see you have return to GOAT!!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 legendary 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Rufus!!!! Those aren't exactly the flavour of euphemisms that spring to mind in UK banter
My Favorite Redheads..Everybody loves a Redhead
This bit's older version is softer than the later version.

HALLOWEEN COSTUMES??? VIKINGS!!!😎😎😎😎
You guys are hilarious! And you like beer! Glad I subscribed!
Thanks for the sub!
Didn't realize this bit was that old.
I died laughing at the beginning. I speak french as a 2nd language. Et, je vous ai compris. MDR
I missed your live yesterday.
Next time!
I've never seen this version so i thank you kindly. What else would it be? Thank you morbidly?
Halloween costumes... Hmmmm..... I would say Sexy Nurse.... and.... for Lucy.... :)

Is that your daughter? Omg she's as beautiful as her momma!
Jessica rabbit and John good mama character from the big labowski would fit you both
Simon Evans is a posh English standup
Ah euphemisms, I had a really big one for you, but I forgot it. Beer and weed cloud my mind.

Or uncle Fester and cousin It 😅
3:16 - reaction starts
my igloo has no windows. I'm a vampire so have to stay safe lol
All my George Carlin videos are copyrighted, I just won't get any ad revenue from them
Gomez and Morticia would be perfect 👌
There is another video of a different performance of this routine where he is more energetic. And its a more entertaining performance.
Brad could dress up as uncle fester 😂 😂😂😂
The missus and I call each other mongs and worse all of the time. We still love each other more than anything though. Or if there's a gorilla on TV she's ask when I filmed the shot and how much did I get paid.
Awesome 🤣
I love George Carlton 😐
Who is George Carlton?
Got a link?
@@micko11154 Yeah, ask Brendan Schaub, over at The Fighter and the Kid Podcast, he loves his comedy
Less Gomez and Morticia, more Fester and Cousin Itt.
Though I disagree, I get your point I think. To me all of the best day is the clearest; Wednesday Addams!
💁♂️ 🖤👩🏻💼🖤
OMG yesss!!! 😁
Lucy and Brad have you watched seven dirty words George Carlin
I will look it up
You should react to Josh Wolf best practical joke ever
Come on it's funny as hell

He would lose his mind if he were alive in today's woke world.
Yous got the wrong bit. The one when he's older is much better.
Halloween costumes? Nearly headless nick and moaning myrtle lol
