Thank you!!! Etiquette!! It's called "respect" for the gym and the other members. I left a gym for a few reasons and this was one. Constantly walking into the gym and plates left on the barbell or the machine, some left on the floor, etc. At the "new" gym, most everybody puts up their weights, wipe down the equipment after use, or, the staff walks the gym and puts up plates left on any piece of equipment. Once a month, those that habitually leave plates and don't wipe down equipment get a little email of "warning," if they continue to be "lazy" and "disrespectful," then their membership is cancelled and they're not allowed back...I LIKE THAT!!
Appreciate this. You go to the gym to push yourself and lift weights, so why don't you lift your weights and equipment back where they belong. Same thing with parking. I've seen people hunt around the parking lot at the gym to find the closest spot, only to go over to the treadmill and walk for a half hour or more.

I love these videos. I use them for motivation and guidance. I'm recovering for Open Heart surgery. Been back in the gym for 3 months and I love it. The chest workouts have been unbelievable in my healing and recovery. Thanks so much
I can watch all of Jay's classic DvD's over and over again and still never get bored. He's the only one who looked phenomenal when posing in the gym after a workout, especially the classic leg workout in his purple(or blue) golds gym attire, and still has one of the best set of Abs in the game ever.
The gym I go to not only has the donkey machine but the little front calf machine that trains the front calf that covers the shin love that little machine
@@MrJocky82 yeah same as if you do normal flys but the machine one is more controlled but I still prefer dumbbell flys as it gets tough on the machine after 2 sets depending on the weight 😂 I sometimes use it but I use the pec fly machine which is just as good. I also don’t see that many people use it as we already have 2 pec fly machines

Time under tension, the weight is always moving, not wasting movement over extension in either direction. Get the blood flowing through volume, no need for deep tearing you already built the base of your body. Iv learned a lot from you, and being 41 I don't need to be tearing apart my body so much anymore
I love the incomplete sets/movement. You can even go even shorter if you want, like you hardly even move the weight, try it! Makes you bulk up real fast and gets you strong as a horse! Love the videos, we need more of these!

When I was in high school back in ‘97, I got a picture taken with Jay and he autographed a poster. I still have it. 6 years ago I competed in mens physique and won my class and Jay was there and got my pic taken with him. He is the reason I started body building.

I turned 55 the other day. On one hand I find the challenge in still going hard and keeping with it, but on the other hand I'm so proud of how I look and feel compared to most 55 year olds walking down the street.

Good video. Good workout. Over 50 is different than in your prime. I’m over 50 and have to lift more modest also. Watching someone at your level really motivates me as I realize we all walk a similar path with fitness and aging.
I want to hit a good calf workout at Dragon’s Lair if I ever make it back there. I couldn’t figure out what that donkey calf machine was at first but when it hit me, I was impressed. I have honestly never seen one of those.

That fly machine looks incredible, I've never seen anything like that in any gym I've used here in the UK.
There’s one at my gym here in Kent @ironworksgymnasium it’s a independent gym so probably the only one I’ve seen too 😂
