Dealerships wanted $1200 to replace mine. I bought a replacement that included tools on Amazon for 35. A local audio shop quoted me $135 to install the new one.
It took me 4 hours to replace my own screen, but i only spent $130 for the screen and tools. You have to get the right replacement screen as well because it is some that wont have a translucent trim for the proximity sensors to work
Dealer wanted 1700, got it out and repaired for less than 4, and it was pretty easy, dealers know how to ALOT OF CASH.ANYBODY can do this.

I just bought an XTS and the volume button seems to have been super glued because it cracked in half. Do you guys replace the chrome buttons?
I had the same issue in my xts replaced it with a phoenix android radio. Now my wife's doing the same 🤦🏿♂️
Anyone know if you can hook up an aftermarket backup camera (Specifically ALpine HCE-1100) to the cue system (2019 CTS)? The factory camera is trash. It's silly to me. Just like the incandescent license plate/back up lights. Are they even trying?

I have a 2013 XTS and the touch screen is out at the very least.
Are there local spots (I live in STL) available because I don't know A) how long the repair will take B) while I am waiting for repare, does the car work and C) much will it cost.

As far as local spots, I am unsure, but we are in Florida, so shipping might be 2-3 days maximum. The repair for screens are done 1 day turnaround, possibly out the same day if received early in the day. As for the functionality of the vehicle, everything will work except the radio features, climate controls, and possibly the A/C. Sometimes if you preset the A/C to how you want it prior to removal, that setting stays. We are running a promotion on this repair, so we are doing it for $249.99, not including the return shipping, if you're interested.

@@ayo4325 Shipping can vary from which courier service you choose, but our return shipping is $18 for ground, $35 for two day, and $65 for overnight. The XTS is a little more complicated, I would advise perhaps looking up that vehicle for removal, or maybe scheduling an appointment with a radio business or the dealership. The XTS requires removal of the center console, the paneling around the stickshift, and I believe part of the top of the dash as well.

Yall are making a killing on these lol they send you a new CUE for $850. you send yours to them and they fix it for $30 and sell it again for $850. insane

99% sure it is a CTS. I got a XTS and is similar but different. For sure is not a Escalade or ATS

It's disgusting how I bought an American car but it has metric bolts. Go figure.
