I must say, Miss Alex always has a smile on her face and a bubbly attitude.. And she's looking pretty sporty today in that cap. Great video Andy, thanks for sharing. I'm looking forward to some Tillage work.
I wonder how many gallons of manure your herd produces into the lagoon a day ? Each load out is roughly 8000 gallons. Manure hauling could be a buisness on it"s own.
Hi Andy ! Good job everybody ! Good to see the équipement going out . very nice new terra disc for the 9620 . Thanks Andy for your time and everybody have a good day at the farm ! 🙋♂️
Great to see all hands on deck prepping for the summer field fun. Thanks for sharing, Andy. Hope it's a good (no break) 🙏 time in the field, and smiles abound😊
You have some great equipment, trucks, happt staff and farming system going on Andy. Coupled with great weather, its time to crack on. Over here in North Yorkshire, England, grass silage fields are growing, they have that silvery sheen on sunny days so the grass length must be around six inches + or - some. I did pass a Krone chopper on the road the otherday heading out but it wasn't being followed by tractors and trailers. Another week/ten days perhaps (subject to the weather) and the main big dairy men (small by your standards over there) around here will be taking in the first cut of silage.
Just saw the new about the $650M facility Fairlife is building in Webster. Be interested to hear your take on how that might affect you guys or if you've got any involvement. Sounds like they plan on pulling milk from over 3000 farms! Hope it's a positive for the dairy producers.
An umbilical system off the frac tank would work well and save a tractor and a lot of compaction with the tractors and tankers. Good to see spring work starting.
Glad to see this! I can start back veining now. Lol. The shop Work is definitely a necessity but not my favorite. Looking forward to some long livestreams. They are nice to listen to while mowing hay.
Another good video Andy .looks like you haven't had the rain has we have had in the UK. Lot of farmers are struggling to get spring corn in because they couldn't get much in . In the autumn. Has usual. Going to be a tuf time for farmers this year.
If you're going to be doing a lot of drive-hauling you should probably go ahead and get one of the stubby little "road tractors" that are used for moving mobile homes... they come equipped with hydro systems you can patch into, are very maneuverable and well geared. Its not that I think you want to run the implements faster just the tires on that kind of truck are a LOT cheaper.
yep we kept all our equipment inside during the winter months or covered in grease if outside, we used a lot of grease.... gotta take care of your investments...Great Vid👍👍👍👍🌽🌽🌽🌽🍺🍺🍺🍺🚜🚜🚜🚜
SPRING HAS SPRUNG. Another great video. If you could Please give a short comment on your parlor progress at the end of the vids. I'm really curious on the parlor. Is it the largest in NY?
I hope you answer this, if you had the money do u have the land to build a building big enough to put all equipment in it to keep all equipment inside and out the weather year round. All attachments, trucks, trailers, tractors , pick ups, every single piece of equipment is inside so rest of the farm would look empty compared to now no traveling for nothing.
Your getting ready to start, I am actually running the grain dryer to dry some corn down that was harvested in February by a customer of mine. Been in cold storage and now is the time to get it dry and processed.
Could some of those implements be moved with a semi truck if you were to build an appropriate hitching device. I the tractor's speed is what 20-25mph.? What are the towing limits speed on things like the grain drill and the cultivators
Just a question I drove smoothbore tanker otr for 25 years. This might be a stupid question Are you guys required to have CDL A with tank endorsements. Will using your equipment for farming operation.
How does CDL’s work in your state? Missouri! if you’re on the farm don’t have to have a CDL. But everything is changing so much. Almost crazy regardless thanks for the video
Shit Andy isn't going to bite the bullet for a new shop he's to busy buying tractors and sand trucks and a semi truck and a terra disc and grouser push blade and semi tankers for hauling shit and also an agitator tractor for the pit and building on to the dairy barn all this instead of buying a new combine and a new chopper so far chance he'll do this any time soon puts a bandaid on the 9500 combine and same with the chopper
@@FarmingFixingFabricating we are probably halfway done many of the farmers with corn Illinois and Missouri Iowa. Now we’re getting much-needed moisture. Hopefully we’re getting Out of drought!

Tillage work.
I got a feeling we is going to see a new shop in a couple yrs all the fixins wash bays, lifts the works
Great video. Those young ladies seem to really like the new truck. Sounds like the Peterbuilt needs to find another home soon. :)
I wonder how many gallons of manure your herd produces into the lagoon a day ? Each load out is roughly 8000 gallons. Manure hauling could be a buisness on it"s own.

Springtime again - driving around should feel good. 🙂
Those two big tractors will surely till some serious acres daily can't wait to see them in action.

Things are going to get really busy!
That Freight shaker looks real nice on that tanker
Alex seemed a bit disappointed to admit the Freightliner was better than the Pete.😂
Hello Andy listening your video was great thanks. Have a good day.
You should have had a camera on the new truck for the first trip of hauling.Good video.
Nothing like seamless motion with the manure operation. We cut the first rye grass for silage rolls last week here in South Carolina
Thank you for another great video. Cheers
Thanks for the update Andy. See you next week.
Shines like a new penny. Florida Joe
Hey Andy by the sounds of it u might have to trade the pete and get a freightliner for Alex

Was hoping to see the tractor You put another cab on and re-wired. Not heard anything since.
Is it that time already? All the best for Spring 2024!
For being a frightliner, it sure looks good pulling that trailer. Now you got to buy Alex one.
You guys work like a well oiled machine 🌽🌽🌽🌽🚜🚜🚜👍

We do drag line pumping off frac tanks here in WI

Probably could squeeze on in on the few thousand acres they have.
I dont think I would want that just becouse of fire and other risks associated with having all your eggs in one basket.
