the charge sheet is the matter of police investigation. Hence, we as an advocate are not under the authority to prepare charge sheet. it is the duty of police officer to complete his investigation and then file a charge sheet. although I can show charge sheet as an example, as how it looks like.
Yes, either the accused is under the police custody or not, once an investigation of the police is completed and the charges are cognizable and non bailable, the accused/or his advocate must file a bail bond to secure his presence in court while trial goes on.

Bail bond can be filled mostly in non bailable offences. But even in bailable offence a bond can be filled without sureties.

No this is not bail application/ petition, this is a bail bond, this bond is filled before court, once court grant bail in non bailable offence.
