- In this video we have discussed about what is Bail? Different of Types of Bails? When can an
accused be granted Bail both in cases of Bailable Offence and in case of a Non Bailable Offences? Along with this we have also discussed about the provision under Section 436, 437, 438 and 439 of CRPC which relates to Bail. The process of getting the Bail from the
courts have also been described.
The circumstances under which the Bail can be granted and when can a court reject the bail
of an accused have also been discussed in this video. This video also covers some of the
cases that are important with respect to Bail.

Section 50 (which corresponds to clause (1) of Article 22 of the Constitution) creates an obligation upon the police officer to communicate to the person arrested full particulars of the offence for which he is arrested or other grounds for such arrest forthwith.
