Sieht schön böse aus. 4mm schnitt im Radius ist schon ne Menge, schöne Späne und eine gute Zeit beim zerspanen.
Mich würde die standzeit der Werkzeuge bei den schnittdaten interessieren...
The distributor for these types of endmills are available in India? Which type tool holder you are using for these type milling? And much time it will take to wear out its flutes? i.e. life of endmill with these type of milling?

Is that a regular old side-lock holder? Why not something like a milling chuck for aggressive cuts like this?
Yes this is a weldon holder. We have had very good experiences with it for roughing operation.

Hallo @ Santosi. Dieses Bauteil wurde mit SolidCAM iMachining programmiert.
@@fraisagroupi think solidcam is developed by powermill.

He looks at it nicely, but nothing more can be economically machined like this. It's a promo video. Not not like that.
Getting roughed workpiece in just a few minutes is exactly how it should be done. Everything else is just wasting time.
