Fuxkin congrats....we need more people like you...
Your world must be absolutely perfect.
Wow..love it❤️,besi rasa pudding
Nice attention to detail, if u got one guy running 3 of these just put and take, it's money!
03:16 holy shit!
Anh Ước ơi. Cho em hỏi video của anh đang dùng phần mềm lập code CNC gì mà chạy mượt thế.
Cool
thật tuyệt
Coulda pre-drill for that deep 3/8 pocket
How about some technical parameters(material,feed,speed?)
I'll guess Mach 2.5, load 730%, spindle 10500 😁
Can you tell us what brand the knife is?
IT'S VERY FAST !!!!!!!!!!!!
Milling is the process of machining using rotary cutters to remove material by advancing a cutter into a work piece. This may be done by varying the direction on one or several axes, and via cutter head speed and pressure. The "CNC" stands for Computer Numerical Control and skilled precision engineers will have the knowledge to operate these machines.
What are you ?

Thank goodness someone cleared up that mystery!
How x feed real feed or x factòr
Dao đáng sợ thật
I don't know if this economical considering the price of the tool and the wear and tear
Less time on the machine means more capacity for other work.
Yeah, its going through at hella feed rate, those cutter will be blunt AF in about 3 days lmao
@@irishwristwatch2487 days ?
I think more like an hour or so
@irishwristwatch2487 what days??😂
In the long run its not. Its hard on the machine, hard on the tooling and is harder to hold tolerance on the part.
Good work!!! We also have rich experience in sheet metal fab, we are a strong manufacturer in China, with high quality and competitive price.
Butter or metal?🤣
Швп с двигателями и сервоприводами рыдают.
No coolant?
Nope.
@@Icutmetal wait until he sees Roeders videos, he will call bullshit and tell us its CGI
@@ipadize It’s a common misconception that coolant should be used in every process, but some people are simply ignorant and refuse to learn….not saying that’s the case with the original comment.
@@Icutmetal whoops my bad i commented to the wrong comment 😂
1 st like
should be climb milling , not conventional milling ... less chatter ..
When was he conventional milling looks like climb to me except the begging when hes optimized and going both ways
@@mattcaesar5781 6.20 inside the pocket . and 6.30 outside the frame with the corner radius
@@AidansAviationAdventures good eye...
When I see weldon holder I don't have interest anymore..
Best for roughing...
Why? They’re the best choice for some operations, and are very economical.
When customers see scrap parts form endmills pulling out they also loose intrest
The second part, who make program is amateur !!!
Accelerated video...
Nope.
@@JaakkoF wait until he sees Roeders videos, he will call bullshit and tell us its CGI
Without coolant, useless.
Why? Coolant is not ideal solution in EVERY process.
Can you at least make something complex with a demonstration? This looks like someone manually gcoded on a .txt file during a lunch break... Just copy paste and adjust z height...
Pfft weak 😂
