This is sincerely the best yoga video I’ve ever done. I woke up 3 months ago in excruciating pain through both arms, right from shoulders to fingertips. As it’s a pandemic, it’s been hard to get much help. I’ve been stretching and it helped a bit but the pain kept returning. About a week ago I found this video, tried it, hated it but noticed results within a day so I stuck with it. I’d say I’m about 85% better since last week. I make myself do it once a day and feel my strength coming back plus now I can actually sleep. Once I get my strength back fully I’m going to try some of his other videos. Honestly, this has saved my life!
After braking my wrist the absolute best way to get movement and mobility back, you don’t realise how stiff your hands and wrist are until you do these exercises, thank you from the bottom of my heart .
I found your hip/hamstring and IT band videos first. As a runner and musician, they've really helped! This was my first time trying one of your upper body videos, but this was so helpful for my sensitive viola/violin playing wrists and hands. My wrists and fingers feel so much freer, and the circulation is much better! I'm very cautious about over stretching or holding stretches for too long, as I have hurt myself before, but you get the perfect balance of timing and challenge to help me feel better. Thank you!
The stretch with the arms spread opposite each other and palms facing out, fingers reaching back...oh, MAN! Yikes! ...which probably means I need to do the move more often. Few other hand stretching vids on UA-cam work the individual fingers as well as this one. Those stretches always feel good. Thank you, David!
This is an absolutely brilliant sequence and has helped me considerably with my chronic golfers and tennis elbow pain (in both, just to add to the misery!). I do this every second day to keep the discomfort under control. A specifically targeted one for this issue would be superb. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
I was suffering from pain in my hands due to a thoracic Outlet Syndrom. Playing the piano was almost impossible. I did your work out every day for a week now and my pain is nearly gone . Thank you very much for uploading the videos🎉!
Late nights with a teething toddler has caught up with me. I'm going to do this a few times a week. For the last decade david, has been my goto guy for deep stretches. I love how he sets up his sessions and he's got a calm positive energy that leaves me in a good headspace.
Oh my god i needed this so bad, a couple years of daily guitar with bad posture and little stretching has left my hands pretty rubbish. Ive lost movement in my hands and this helped bring some back. Ill be coming back to this video soon. Thank you so much!

I have been struggling with De Quervain Tenosinovitis since January and despite anti inflammatory meds, physio and Accupuncture didn’t see any improvement (I am a very fit and active 57 year old and kept up with most of my yoga, Pilates, walking and weight exercises as much as possible) until starting this video three weeks ago. I still have a long way to go but get more and more flexibility back and get through the day without painkillers. Thank you.
Thanks David, as a mechanic and powerlifter in training, this session was perfect to release the tension in my hands and wrists, they feel all warm and floaty now. I also regularly do your full body flow and hip and hamstrimy release ones, the latter of which is really helping my sprained knee recover, although it's annoying I can't fully hit some of the poses with my left leg as it still doesn't have full range of motion.

This is the best practice I have found for barbers/hairdressers. I had to share with all my stylists! I’ve been doing hair for 10 years & after long shifts I sometimes feel like I won’t be able to do hair much longer but after doing this I feel brand new. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
