I had one of these at 340bhp big brakes coilovers, decent tyres the lot was a track weapon took it to the Nurburgring the lot what a car never had one issue what so ever. Cheap on insuance for what they are would recommend to anyone that is looking at them.

380hp or not, I think the overall build and look is pretty good. And its one of the best steering small hot hatches.

the first fiesta in this model that has done what i had in my mind if i was to own one, shorten the ridiculous looking length of the headlight by masking the dead section off, making it shorter, looks brilliant. I don't think you mention them though, are they just decal sticker covering or can you buy them. great looking car, credit.
Sorry to burst the bubble but it won't push over 350bhp without uprated injectors.
For a solid car for above 350bhp up to 400bhp you'll need uprated injectors and a solid turbo like a S280.

Currently building mine into a high power one using the S280 turbo and TRS mapping. TRS hold the record for the fastest 100-200kph times for the STs with their mapping hitting 7.1s 👀

yeah mine appears to pick up a lot quicker (based on the sound and assuming he's revving it out) and i only have a TT S280 turbo. Its not spinning the wheels in second eather in the video. Where as mine spins all the way through second even in the heat of summer with pilot sport 4 tyres.
Michael Wemyss no where near as quick as the x57r bec the x57r is a lot bigger then the s280 is and we gain more power then the s280 dose
Rob Green well I do have a print out with the same turbo and made just over that power well it could be the camera bec when I done a video and watch it then I can tell u when u driving it it was faster and quicker then it dose show on videos
@@x58evo2puma7 x57r is that much better there's hardly any videos around for it. Pumaspeed had a good run with the x47r it was a good hybrid but I don't think the x57r will do anywhere near as good. Search s280 and you find loads. Personally I think the Turbotechnics brand is a more trusted turbo manufacturer if that makes sense. And yeah I agree that videos don't do justice sometimes.

Next car a st for me. I don't understand why people dis this cars. They are fun to drive, nippy, cheap and light. Also fast round tight roads. I've only got a fiesta red edition with only 140bhp but last year I was racing this Aston Martin down a windy Main Road and he couldn't keep up rounded corners haha. He beeped me to say bye. He put his hand up to me when he turned of. I've even kempet up with bigger cars aswell. Only because my car is light when other cars are heavy as hell haha
As someone mapped by the same company, on the same car, It's not 380bhp. Stock fueling system won't allow past 350bhp, so you need uprated injectors. No dyno prinout out either. And nothing against the guy, but doesn't seem to know much about the parts he has.
Yes u do need upgraded injectiors and fuel kit as I have the same turbo and got a print out and upgraded injectiors and fuel kit and made 393hp but way to much for stock engine so they back it off to 383.3hp

I fully admit I do love these cars, but I feel they are so common now, I mean like I said I work in a timber mill and the amount of Ford Fiesta ST cars there in the car park I have lost count to be honest. Just got a Honda Civic Tyre R EP3 myself, it feels good because I am the only one in the car park with one.

X57r will make 380bhp but not without injectors, standard fuel system will not go passed 340/50

Destin The 335D / 535D engines are very good. 440 hp and !900! nm easily with upgraded injectors and hybrid turbochargers.

For someone who says it is 380 you would think he would know everything about the engine and also the brakes wouldn't be that small, they would be upgraded straight away.
@@incognito96 yes he got the same turbo as me and mine is just over him i have to agree u do need to upgrade the breaks but if u driver it sensible then they are fine till u hit 90mph then u need to upgraded them

stage 3 is 300+ on these fiestas depending on who you get the map with (and turbo) great cars these, power to weight ratio is mental

I have the x57 turbo on my fiesta YES it can make 380bhp but that is every single bolt on avaliable for the car and you also need UPRATED INJECTORS as the standard st injectors are pretty much dead in the water at 350bhp. So going from experience of my own st 380bhp is achievable but uprated injectors is required on the new updated map. Hope that helps any1 that may be looking to get this sort of power out of there own ST. 👌
Also if people want more power like 390-400bhp it’ll need to have an upgraded clutch and have the engine forged

Hi Gregg. I bought an X57r few weeks ago, chap had run it 500 miles on his track car & had bought an evo 58 to replace. Thinking of injectors/Pumaspeed map for 370-380 on my standard engine. I know many say forged after 350 so is yours still running OK, how many miles have you done on it now with the x57r...any issues? Thanks 👍

Fiesta’s and focus’s always get slapped with a stupid exhaust with pop and bang maps, sooo boring. Haha! Just pulled up at Tesco and had a terrible focus pull up. Fat wing and crap exhaust, it’s so predictable.

Pop and bangs mapped in usually loses you about 20-40bhp depending on your power

I am maxed out on my 2016 Focus ST..FBO, E30, JST tuned. Its pretty quick, but man these stock turbos need a bit more...oomf.. if it has somewhere around that power he's claiming, that thing has to MOVE. Gotta get some comparison videos of him running some cars for perspective. I ran a new 5.0 2 nights ago (at least had exhaust)...he was not able to pull on me very much..got maybe 2-3 cars by the time we shut down at 130 from a 60. Wife sitting next to me was like 'arent those supposed to be fast?' LOL...

Need advice, so I currently have a fiesta zetec s black edition 140bhp 1.0 L eco boost engine and I am wanting a after market exhaust that sounds similar to the ST stock exhaust system nothing too loud but something just to make it sound a lot better than the non existent noise of the current exhaust
The best advice I can give you is to trade it in and get an ST. There is no reason to dump any money into a baby fiesta.

280 bhp maybe guy doesn’t sound like he knows what he’s talking about. No updated boost pipes? Turbo goes along way and sure induction, intercooler and exhaust help but there’s a lot more to a car than that to be running 380bhp consistently.
Serious power in small car
Engine bhp is how fast it can go engine torque is how fast it gets to that top speed. You can run high HP as long the Torque capped. The torque is what’s blows up your engine

My fist is s280 .stock fuel system is max 280 to 300whp. And mine is way more nasty. No point of first and second just spins.
That’s why diesel are fast off the line because there torque is low in the power range but top end they struggle

if it has an x57r then its 360bhp+ i have x47r (smaller turbo) and i have printout of 344bhp
will drake the x57r dose 393hp but with stock engine it would be to much so u can get 383hp on stock engine with low boost 1.75 bar

will drake well mine still going u be surprised what power u can get out of these engine these engine are very strong 💪

About 350bhp as far as I'm aware, more than that than you need to upgrade the fuelling system.
