I know the video old but shoutout to the coach for making sure they got to do their ramp and it was like JSU tried so hard to hold them back but they killed it at halftime and took over the ramp anyway.

The ramp was closed due to poor fam behavior. Watch the Southern entrance and you will see band members being grabbed and hit by JSU fans

Jackson State University most fans come to this classic for the rivalry, pageantry, and to have fun. Please do not bring pettiness to this outstanding classic. Barricading a ramp, so that another band can't shine does not belong at our classic. For years bands come to that stadium just so they can march the ramp, and the fans love it. All i am saying is keep the fans in mind. Also the Golden Girls and Jsettes rivalry is a good one, now to both band staff how about you all find a way to keep this classic classy, and go back to putting shows on the field that does not insult the other institution. I really miss the 70's and 80's the directors of bands were very classy. My opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This game is not a classic. It was a JSU home game. It’s our stadium. We don’t owe anyone any explanation.

It's sad there is no more ramps for visiting bands. JSU should feel embarrassed about their sportsmanship in the past few weeks. Its always good to see other bands put their flair on it.TxSu...PV....Asu It'll push every band to do better, and could even be a marketing trick to get butts in the seats....hell Tbh...that's all people really want to see at a JSU game anyway.... cuz the football team...well u already know.

The visiting bands enter the stadium (on the side where Alcorn's band is seated). They take a slight right then left and they are then at the visitor's side of the stadium. So, with all due respect, your statement is not true. I'll link a UA-cam video if you need a visual.
