In love with you channel since I first came across with it you one of the biggest influences on my addiction now a days I’m just stock pilling the basement with scale rigs rust is king
🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻fantastic channel my friend so inspirational when I’m doing my RC Crawler, like to watch and listen to your builds for ideas, at the moment I’m doing an interior for my Kanyon,it’s a classic 1/10 scale looks a bit like a Defender Land Rover,I am making it look like a Mitsubishi Pajero mk1 overlander, any way thanks again and take care and stay safe and well 🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧🏴👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Dave in Cornwall Uk 🌊🌊💨💨💨🏄🏻♂️🏄🏻♂️🏄🏻♂️🏄🏻♂️ nice wheels 👌
Totally agree on the Black Rhino wheels. Saw a 1:1 Gobi Gladiator with color matched Black Rhino wheels & it looked killer, so I put a set on my Axial Gladiator. The bead lock part is fine & the center caps with 8 tiny screws each are a PIA. Guess its the price of being cool.
Felicitaciones de nuevo un muy buen contenido de este video, me gustan las ruedas nuevas y el efecto conseguido con la pintura saludos mi amigo desde Venezuela.
Hi, amazing job and fantastic video, please can you give me an advice? I painted a defender body, already used rust pigments, with vallejo rust washer and black washer, now I can spray the body with the tamiya flat ts80? or it will damage or erase my job? thank you in advance ☺
Most people say its OK to spray a matte clear over it, just make sure its really completely dried. I usually dont seal mine because it can change the way some effects look, makes light rust darker etc. Id say try a little spot on yours and see if you like it first.
@@RCeveryday thanks a lot for your prompt reply 😊, I like how it look now, so I'm scared to ruin my job, but if I don't seal it, won't it be removed using the crawler? with water etc?
I haven’t had much issue with mine coming off. It depends on the product used. My rat king got rained on down in Florida and the body was just fine. Wiped it off with no damage at all.
@@RCeveryday ok maybe I can leave it as it is, however I used a Vallejo pigments burnt sienna, vallejo rust wash and vallejo black wash...thanks again ✌🏼
So cool!!! I'm trying to get the 1/10 RGt challenger truck RC..in the green and I want to make it matte on shell and weather it..any info on how to remove the gloss on shell😢
gotcha, they are painted on the inside, so the only thing I can think to give it a matte finish is to spray a matte clear on the outside, youd need to mask off the windows and any details so they dont get covered
You need to do my mad max build... I've got a build taking me over 2 years. Something no ones done yet. But I'm still trying to get my Fury Road monster truck built.. hit me up
@@RCeveryday well sparky looks like he loves it too, awesome channel btw, soo many tips and tricks, I’m looking into try weathering my WPL C24 and WPL B-16, if they come out ok i will do it on my 1/10 scale.
Thank u for running thorn birds everyone talks so much crap about them but i love them
In love with you channel since I first came across with it you one of the biggest influences on my addiction now a days I’m just stock pilling the basement with scale rigs rust is king

I've always loved the look of the thornbirds. Now your C2X matches the rest of you rigs. Maybe weather the gladiator somehow next?
Me and my dad are going to be doing this with our trail finder 2 body after we get it together.
Hey buddy I went to your Amazon store but I couldn't find these products what are you using to do this with???
Body came out great

I run those thornbirds on my capra in north Florida. They do awesome, people make fun of them but I'm either 1st or 2nd place with these tires
I cut 40 grams of rubber off my Thornburgs 1.9 love the side knobs
Nice and subtle. 👊

I’m still trying too, i try to go in with no expectations and it’ll turn out how it turns out. Lol.

What is the black that you apply before the brown ?
It was a velejo black wash. Gets down in the cracks and dries

If it’s a hardbody you can scuff it with some scotch brite to remove the shine. Im not familiar with that truck.
@@RCeveryday hey, nope unfortunately it's a soft shell type.
@@RCeveryday soft shell type which comes with most RC...

Can you put one of the LWB body's on this truck
The lwb is a little too short for this chassis
Awesome work mate, looks really nice without the shine, does your bulldog in the background have a name? Lol..
I call him sparky 😆

This era Yota needs more cancer and dents for scale accuracy. Great job!
