In this video, I showcase to you the latest teams that are emerging with Luocha and how much of a huge impact he has had in Honkai Star Rail. I also cover the latest changes made Memory of Chaos and the overall "buffs" that Luocha will be getting for this cycle. I don't know, but Luocha seems to be one of those character that will always be invaluable as the game progresses. His kit is amazing and his aoe debuff is simply incredible.
this is exactly why i use the support loucha from a friend. i dont and will not put money in a gacha so i am stuck with seele yanging and silverwolf for now.

I only had Natasha and I liked Luocha's design since I saw it, so I pulled for him. Natasha was good, but Luocha has done everything SO easy for me now, and I don't have him fully built yet.

What's up with these content creators downplaying some characters while also hyping up certain characters who have not yet been released? I also noticed this happens more often when it comes to healers. The same thing happened with Kokomi. I guess people just tend to undermine the utility they bring.
It's just the age old tradition of people being attracted to the hot female dps characters. I was also the same for Raiden shogun and Yelan but they were good characters to pull for overall so I got to pull for them without any remorse. Hoyo also knows this which is the reason Kafka is currently becoming more eidolon dependent in the beta. Ez money for their pockets

its only cause a lot of people are also labeling him as a "MUST PULL FOR F2P" and every team needs an abundance or preservation unit/both, I know a lot of people feel pressured because they lack a good second sustain unit. There are gonna be future 4 star healers and 5 star healers just as good also preservation units. If you like his aesthetic or gameplay pull but hes by no means a must pull if you can wait for future 4 star healers or 5 star healers you like better asthetically.

Yeah this is probably your worst video about the game so far. You just spent the whole video shitting on him, you weren't even this critical about Jing Yuan who's just objectively worse. MoC buffs also suddenly matter when they were always a thing.
Agreed. His video vary in quality. On one video (mostly waifu) it's so detailed and well researched. Then when it come the male character, it just feel rushed and dumb. It's so obvious he didn't even know ho to fully optimised him.
I have all the healers in the game. And to be honest, Luocha's performance is even better than both Bailu and Natasha combined. By far the most overpowered character in the game.

He is doing great for me. Not completely built, less then perfect relics, not his best light cone….. no problem using auto. 😊
he feels like he heals way way more than nat and bailu, even though bailu does nothing but heal... but her revive, turn disruption (ult) for heal and take dmg heals are still useful. But his near immortality to control effects is so good.
I have pulled for Luocha not because it is meta but because it is versatile (and I think he will continue to be...)

Agreed. Luocha is really good, even if someone were to powercreep him (which dreams tell me that won't happen for a loooong time) his utility is still amazing so he'll continue to be useful. Between his enemy buff removal, unique healing, and debuff removal he's great. And that's not even mentioning his Eidolons making him a jack of all trades, so imo he's also the best character to invest in long term in terms of Eidolons

I got him on complete accident cuz I really wanted Yukong. That said, he surprised me with his utility. Consistent heals and a team-wide cleanse are incredibly strong.
He's like Natasha and Bailu put together with more damage. I plan to use him for now since he's just a far better Natasha but I definitely see him gaining in value with time.
With him, Yukong, Welt, and a certain IMG character coming in the future, IMG will be insanely strong as time goes on.
It's extremely easy to build him lol I just put 2 relics on him yes not even a full set and he already did the job very well he'll only get better when I actually build him
The general tone of this video is more towards negative side of Luocha. Why others like SW or Seele, you praised them without even considering the cons. What make me even more confused is the "Luocha is only OP because the current MoC favor him" while forgetting all the limited 5* has the MoC tailored for them too.

It's because everyone else is praising luocha and just wants to make you have realistic expectations. He's said it himself. A lot of praise is because of the current phase of memory of chaos.
I think this video is called criticism, which is not bad inherently. This is good for a game that has gacha mechanic on it but got everyone's fancy due to the paid element of it all. After all, its still an individual's choice that's correct to them. It's just a retrospective and no way telling people to definitely not pull for Luocha.
Edit: they also said there are a lot of videos covering how to utilize Luocha deeper than this video.

Specially if the enemy is already weak to either quantum or imaginary. Silver wolf just add the other one and you never let the enemy take a turn, and when they do you have luocha lmao
Luocha’s release is super weird because by all metrics he’s the best character (in terms of valuable teams) in the game, by quite a bit. All of his teams are the best and all of the best teams have him… so yeah, that team is the best team as of now, in terms of overall performance.
THIS is exactly the team I want to build, as I have all but Luocha (Welt not leveled as just got him on standard). I'm completely fine skipping Blade and Kafka, so might just go all in for him.

every keeps saying he lacks that emergency heal. the guy who will instantly Cleanse and heal an ally or himself who even glances below 50%hp of which will grant an abyss flower and pushy him 40% towards ulting that also grants abyss flower and after every character starts healing 1k hp and 500hp for everyone else with every attack. seriously outside Cocolia's spirit bomb whith low hp or a heafty stab atk that oneshots. your characters on the field will hardly ever be less than full hp and when they are they are quickly brought to full before the other team has a chance./
I pulled for him as i think he seems to work well with most destruction untis expect Arlan. He works well with Clara, and will be with Blade. So just looks like he will be someone that works will with the more risky play style.

But, like, those mara struck? Not getting up after you beat them is a a surprise. Before, pela can do that, but just single target and luocha doing them aoe wide is damn good

Luocha is like buffed Qiqi IMO, in open world adventure game a healer is kinda useless coz you can avoid enemy's attack but in the game where you can't avoid enemy's attack, a healer matters a lot.
I’ve been using him with Clara/Yanqing and depending on what I need either SW or March - 30/30 MoC now thanks to having a second healer

@@JuggerNu7s it's applied to every characters in gacha games. You can't dodge powercreep. If your perception is just "don't pull this, don't pull that, they will get powercrept" Then you will end up with no gacha and just use your starter team until the game's closed

That MULTIPLE target buff remover is OP. I think you can use it in future bosses which makes him future proof. Plus he's the only dude that has 70% resistance.
With Superimposed of his 4 Star Sig Light cone featuring him named "Perfect Timing" & some Substats from Relics 100% Effect Resistance is possible.
I decided to pull for him because he has auto heal mechanic but got bailu instead. Bailu was the character that got me playing hsr so i guess its still a win for me.
I did go 75 summons for welt and another 70ish or 80 i forgot to guaranteed luocha, but luckily i got Post-OP s4, and my day one Lightcone since I dont have another option than wildfire. Luocha instantly took over natasha spot on overworld and im still slowly building my team for 3star moc 5 and beyond
nah his E1 is honestly so good it makes him a Harmony kinda cuz he adds attack % when the field is active
5k HP is "on the squishy side"? He's scaling on ATK and still reaches 5k HP while in the same video, your SW and Seele are both below 3.5k, with the reactive heal, SP heal and field I really have to try and die, there's nothing squishy about him nor any team he joins, unless it's a one shot.

Uh huh... One thing. Otto is an established god tier writing of a character unlike Jean and even as "small" the HI3 community and his simps - they will pull for alternate Otto. Go with your Jean comparison. To me, his kit and making my Clara strong is just a bonus. All I care about is playable Welt and Otto. The males. For the meta perspective, I'll leave that to the HI3 girls expy. Bronya and Haxxor (Silverwolf) already proves that.

Luocha is Godlike, i was saving for Kafka but i needed a healer and i have Himeko, Yanqing and Clara so i feel i got DPS sorted so i decided to pull for him and got him and accidentally got his E1 all in 77 pulls, i don't know how that happened but it did and it was the best decision on a whim i ever made playing this game. He is incredible, he is a unit that i can genuinely say is worth money. Luocha is a shining example of how good HoYo can design a unit that is value for money and they really want to make a lot of money.. i am F2P but if i wasn't i would pay for him

Shapeshifter loses some of its HP to call minions(around 20k HP). Basically Luocha ultimate can get rid of shapeshifer's lifesteal buff and deal 20k dmg.
He also can get rkd on mara struck with his ult

As a low spender (I only bought welkin) I wasn't able to pass 7th memory of chaos floor. I got luocha yesterday and now I'm trying to survive at floor 9. I don't have seele or silver wolf so having a imaginary character is really valuable.
He heals too much so I built him with speed boots and energy regeneration rope. This way his healing field is always active, also works with follow up attacks and ultimates. I'm planning to get upcoming destruction characters so I wouldn't stop using him quite a while
I'm using QQ E6+clara+luocha+yukong with crapy relic (at least the DPS have 50+crit rate with crappy CDMG😅) surprisingly it push me into flor 6 MOC yukong and clara somehow works together as long enemy attack while yukong still have the strong bows

Bailu is an outstanding healer I got super lucky and pulled her as my first 5 star then got an early Bronya which was fantastic most recent I got Clara who while unexpected is actually pretty fun to play especially with a good healer to keep her going but if a healer is what you need or if you just like the idea of comfort that 1 free revive each battle can give you I highly recommend spending your 300th standard warp on Bailu I imagine the only way another healer could be preferred over Bailu is some mega OP feature because it's gonna be tough to compete with 1 free revive and the massive amounts of healing she's capable of if you build her right and have Bronya on the same team you can literally just outlast most enemies
In my case I got lucky getting bailu and her lightcone so I can probably get luocha for his drip and skills to synergies with blade who I want to get
Omg yes Clara was my first 5 star in the game and now I have Luocha and I kid you not that those 2 together are super broken.
I lost the 50/50 on Jing Yuan banner, so I saved the guaranteed for Luocha. He's basically the first 5 star I actually did pull char+lightcone because I needed another healer for MOC and I simply loved his design (fan of Honkai Impact Otto's character concept lore)
I just LOVE him, nothing to say against Natasha E6 of course, but my main team with him is just so good and chill. His emergency heal auto trigger is amazing, and his ultimate that debuffs is just >>>
By the way, I hope there's someone else who is skipping Blade+Kafka to farm gems for Dan Heng awakened *raises her hand while jumping*

Don't pull for him because of MoC. Pull for him because he routinely does 5-7k (10k in my case!) heals.
Thats… actually a pretty shit reason to pull him because you wont realistically be able to reach that health threshold on the people who get damaged. Like, supports have 2ish, destruction carries might have 5-6 but lose at most half.
That's not a good reason tho what's the point to even heal more than 3k health which I also think is overkill when most dps are arround 3k health and u will surely heal them before they fall under 1k health
@@CupCop69 It's a perfect reason; it's preparation for the future. Clearly they have more difficult content planned because we are getting these kind of stats.
@@MTCason they do have more difficult content planned, but you will *never* in this game be able to reach 10k base hp. Blade MIGHT reach 5-8k with all the buffs you can get, and he will be the premier hp scaler for a long time.

I've been using Luocha a lot lately and to counter his lack of emergency heal I've been using his ultimate and the other characters ultimates as a placeholder so if he's at 1/2 stacks of flower you can ult and then use everyone else's ult immediately after he drops his field to heal a big chunk. I'm thinking I will also probably be able to use blade's HP sacrifices to get him to proc his autoheal for another flower stack in some situations too. You just kind of have to adapt your playstyle I think.
The obvious downside to this is that you won't always be able to use other characters ultimates as optimally as usual for toughness breaks etc so you do lose a little either way but I've been enjoying playing around Luocha's kit either way, the other healers feel very simple by comparison
I feel like his 4* LC Perfect Timing is better since it can go from 16 to 32% E RES plus some Outgoing Healing too. E RES are so important for healers and tankers so against debuffers like Mommy Kafka that high E RES will counter that stuns confused etc.
He has 70% cc resist as one of his trace

I can currently 3 star MoC up to floor 5. I'm just taking it easy for now. I don't even have Bailu and Gepard, just FMC and Nat carrying me.
I haven't tried floor 6 yet, cuz I know it will be hard and I will probably need to sweat a bit for that.
Luocha will definitely makes things easy for me, but I personally do not want him, tho I do admit he is amazing to have.
And as you said, if I do get him just for MoC, I'll only be getting a couple of pulls. So not worth it imo. I have guaranteed so I'm saving it for characters I like, and Fu Xuan is the one for me.

After her, I don't really know since the other leaked characters don't excite me much.

The healer I mentioned earlier, I suggest you to look at her kit if you haven't, as she and Luocha synergize very well with Jingliu. I may not go for Jingliu after all as the supports are more future proof instead of dps race (and since SW enables our Seele pretty much everywhere)

I'm sad but I heard that Blade and Luocha have a good synergy with each other that's why Im hoping to get Blade when his banner comes and I hope I can win 50/50 this time.

On my f2p account so far I got lucky with 3 of Natasha's light cones so far, no need to rush though, to all f2p's , eventually we'll all get what we want just be patient
Tbh he will continue to be relevant for atleast the next patch because blades entire kit revolves around damaging himself in which case he would be pretty handy to have in the team cuz Natasha’s healing can’t keep up

Using Pela will also help big time against the shape shifter too as she can debuff him and remove that healing crap he does.
i think this is one thing that some people don't know about pela's capability to debuff enemy (a single enemy at least) besides reducing enemy's def
Ok whats everyones problem with him ? He is a good unit and fun to play. Why everyone is saying he is just good for now or if you have bailu you dont need him??? I see him as a long term investment + he is more offensive because ehe can brake more than the other healers. No one sad bad thing for the first 3 limited 5* and now everyone is criticising him hard. Even if you have 2 healers whats the problem of getting one more? By that logic why getting kafka if you have jingyuan, they are both lightning and do eoe dmg🤡 or blade because we have sampo and danhung. Get what you want and makes you happy, its just a game + old characters will be less viable compared to new ones 🤫🤔

I got him in 8 pulls and was on 30 pity with guaranteed, I don’t regret it bc I needed a second healer and I got him to 70 already and he heals a ton and I can do memory of chaos now without dying the second half lol ❤win win

I'm really bummed on the first 5* i pull on, the game decides to give me Himeko... and Herta. Literally every other 5* would have been a blessing and if not for that Herta my Qingque could be at E4 right now.

Haha. Looks like he changed the title and thumbnail. It did not age well since Luocha is really popular in MOC teams.
Seeing how much utility he brings, it is to be expected.

Mono imaginary with silver wolf. It's everything I expected. I even managed to pulled Loucha's LC. Unfortunately I didn't plan on pulling so well so my resources are lacking now lol
