I have not worked as an RN in a nursing home, but I have been considering it. I feel it would be a rewarding job, and pays well also❤

@@Katherine_Ann it makes me sad that the surgery can't correct the shape of your eyeballs and they are already so big as a result of the schoolwork 😭. I really want to cry for your perky eyeballs all night 😭

@@Katherine_Ann they are so beautiful but sadly enlonged by the schoolwork 😭. Hope LASIK will make them work better but I mean it basically just builds a pair of glasses on your eyeballs so they are still myopic because the damage has already been done. Myopia will make your eyeballs longer 😭

Hey there! I do think it's helpful for nurses to share their pay as that gives a nurse more leverage when negotiating pay for a new job or even at a yearly evaluation! Of course, it's up to each individual nurse to talk about their pay, but it can be very helpful to other nurses to talk about pay.
