Absolutely nice home. The decor really works with the red pole! Obviously the owner uses the pole a lot! I like to try the pole thing just to get a sense of the control and strength needed to do it. I know I couldn't actually do it at all but it would be fun to try.

Melanin Queen it looks more intimidating than what it actually is. If you’re a complete beginner you def shouldn’t start with the spin pole routine . I have static beginner routines for pole virgins 💜💜💜💜💜

I LOVE this tutorial. It's short, simple...It doesn't take 30 min to learn so it's not discouraging. Each move connects so naturally to the next. I'm a "sorta" beginner (poling for 4-5 mos) and this incorporates all the stuff I know (but need to improve) but is still challenging enough that I want to keep doing it again to get it right! And the most important part is I feel SUPER sexy doing it, bc it's not ridiculously complicated...It doesn't have 100 super flexy moves. I'm just so glad I found your channel! You're a wonderful teacher!
P.S. I did this on static so you can totally do it if you're not comfortable with spin yet!

I bought a pole to get in shape and lose weight the RIGHT way. And who DOESN’T feel confident on a pole?! I need that after having a baby!! I’m struggling because I’m a chubby girl. I've always wondered how the dancer was able to maintain a position on the pole while spinning. If you break friction between you and the pole to spin you've also broken the friction needed to stay up on the pole. I've never noticed it on a chrome pole, but on yours I see now that the entire pole is free to spin. (Which also explains how a dancer can get spinning so quickly on the pole.)
The pole REALLY does make a difference too, though, so you’re still spot on! I was using Lil Mynx when I first started. I then was using my sister’s X Pole. I went out and got a Lupit. I swear it was the best purchase I’ve made. The material AND the components def make a huge difference in performance....as well as position

Gf, yes I’m almost 62 and was a former serious ballet dancer many many years ago. However, I’ve managed to maintain a beautiful figure and seriously thought about this pole dancing stuff. After seeing your video today, Covid Christmas 2020, I am throughly convinced this is for me, still beautiful without the booty jumps thanks, but a great way to stay in shape and to be at home! I think the biggest part of pole dancing is balancing your weight so no matter how much you weigh as long as you actually have the strength to do it you’ll be fine
No matter what size you can do pole. I know some thicker girls who are incredible! Don't be scared to start, you can do this, I totally believe in you!

I totally understand your apprehension, I would say create a private IG page so that you can still share your journey to inspire other but you have Control over who sees your content . Pole fitness has amazing physical and psychological benefits . I have no doubt that you will love it and be amazing

Max ulada when I opened my studios my mom did not come in them for the first 4 years because she couldn’t see the beauty in what I was doing . Helping women to be fit and confident. Now she apologizes for being so closed minded. If they love you, they will come around. If they don’t, they weren’t your friends to begin with 💜
