@DanieGirl 1990 I have knee arthritis and I had a stroke that I recovered from but my left leg has some stuffness due to “high tone” that doesn’t wanna let down and let the antagonist muscles work. But yes, I’m doing stuff like this to improve and find tune all of the little things I never did right after the stroke in the optimal recovery window lol
