Very informative video. I am still work in progress and learning how to say no especially when people ask for money. I have also learned not to show off especially when I buy stuff, I keep it to myself as there is lots of competition in my family, who is buying what and how much. This year, am not spending money on Christmas gift for friends, plan to stay home and only visit my parents after Xmas. Thanks coach for the info.
