    Today's workout is 8 minute tabata with 6 different exercises.
    It's gonna be harder than our previous routines since it is 30 sec. of the workout, not 20 sec.
    However, you guys are always able to push your limit !!

    2. Push Up
    3. High Run
    4. Jump Burpee
    5. Plank Knee Kick
    6. Plank Open Arms

      I had a trainer @ 24hr fitness...he would ask me after an exercise how i felt,and of course i said it hurts,then he would say lets keep going. The look on my face must have been a gold mine to him😊. If it hurts,then keep going.

    For those who live in apartments and can’t jump, I just improve the knee highs and burpees. I do mountain climbers and then I do down dog into plank. Works great and I don’t have to stop just to skip the jumping portion. Great workout. Gets the heart pumping.

    I am doing you 4 min full body +8min workout and 4 min workout for core...

    Wow they are do disciplined. That is good. Exercise is not easy so you have to push yourself to get motivated. Once you have a consistent routine, its way way easier.

    I had trouble choosing what to do for work-out at this channel,,, because there are so many videos here and all of videos seem effective but now i decided! it's the most effective one to work-out although catching up you guys are so challenging! thanks for good contents!!

    진짜 이번건 최고에요 4분짜리 골라서 하루에 7개씩 30분정도 맞춰서 유산소 대신 했거든요 이번거 2개보고 딴거 3개보면 와우;;땀이 그냥 막 쏟아져요 땀낼수록 힘이 나는 성격이거든요
    8분짜리 만들어주셔서 감사합니다 고생하셨을텐데

    2년전pt수업때 매일했었던 운동ㅠㅠ숨이 턱까지 차오르고 어지럽고 힘들었지만 살빼는데는 요거보다 효과짱인 운동은 없을듯해요ㅋ구독하고 요즘 매일 헬스장에서 열심히 따라하고있어요 영상감사합니다
