- The judge presiding over the Johnny Depp defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard scolded both attorneys for not keeping proper track of the evidence in the case. A piece of evidence, which was already presented to the jury, ended up being redacted by mistake during Heard's testimony, angering the judge who admonished both sides to keep track of things better.

A big tell that she's lying is how she has quite detailed descriptions for insignificant details but glosses over significant ones or can't remember them. That's a common misdirection tactic used by manipulative people to attempt faking a trauma.
It sad she has gotten away with this for so long.
It's actually common among victims of actual trauma, but I still have a hard time believing her. Manipulators mimic that, subconsciously or intentionally.

I thought that. I’ve seen a number of clips already where she screws her face up like she’s crying but when she moves on to the next thing she wants to say her composure is restored remarkably quickly. I’m not going to say that she’s definitely lying because I just don’t know enough to say. But, to my ears, I find it very hard to believe what she says simply because of the way she’s saying it.
It honestly makes me angry that she talks to the jury instead of to the questioning attorney - it’s a manipulation technique. She’s both trying to connect with the members of the jury, and to judge whether they’re believing what she says.

They also let her lawyers ask very leading questions, and let them keep going. Mostly because the more she talks - the more chances she's slipping up with impeaching her own testimony.

There’s speculation she’s actually doing cocaine at that exact moment. If you look closely she sniffed in. Also in previous shots at her in the beginning of the stand it shows her putting something (assuming napkin) because she never once’s grabbed it from the tissue box on the stand.. rolled into her sleeve. She rolls one sleeve up slowly and neat while shoving the other one up quickly.
In her own testimony, she can't help but use that time to demean his masculinity saying she's never seen a man cry like he did. I'm amazed. She's bullying him right there, in court, in front of the jury.
I think amber is sort of reciting the same routine she tells to acquaintances and such who don't have counter evidence or anything....in such environments her goals is to demean JD, paint him as a villian and her as a flawless innocent damsel. But I mean, we've heard the tapes, we've seen the evidence.....and she STILL attempts this act. For instance there's like 5 piece of evidence via testimony and even herself saying that she does coke....yet here she pretends to not know what coke looks like. She's acting like the jury never saw or heard anything other than what she is saying in this speech here. Look at the tell tale signal/key when she lies. She becomes extremely animated /crunches her face/moves her hands/contorts her mouth. Almost like a panto. It looks unnatural and extremely fake. The only issue she is having is, that she is struggling to cry on command as it is not easy when you have tons of confidence /arrogance. The fake details also, dirty carpet. Beautiful floor etc lol. She' does that to show she can look believable. Almost like she's reading from a novel.. She also continously looks at the jury trying to capture their eyes. I don't know if I've ever felt more uncomfortable listening to someone speak. My gut cringes. Johnny's psychologist is a genius and nailed her character perfectly. She has a sophisticated and stealthy (though unbelievable and highly dramatized way due to her poor acting) of portraying herself as an innocent and naive victim. I don't think she's admitted one thing she has done wrong during her entire testimony. And anything on the verge of that is, "I know it was stupid or foolish of me yata yata" again just trying to portray herself as this well intentioned, good hearted, naive individual who was at the mercy of johnny and blinded by love and his manipulation and should have known better. Sorry you're not an agressor in past relationships that suddenly switches to this passive, fragile, naive victim. The sad and disturbing thing is that she could possibly believe that her words and overall demeanor would come across as sincere. Both parties seem to be at fault here, but this woman is just off the charts. Mind blown at the performance she is trying to uphold. If I were the psychologist who previously testified on her behalf and watched her performance on the stand, I would have croaked.
