I finally spotted an old gp38 unit with grand trunk markings up here at the CN train yard last week.. I was worried she was scrapped but still in service! I love grand trunk stuff
Dubuque IA usually has two units for switching and the local and 80% of the time they are blue GTW. Also Green Bay WI can muster one up most of the time
My job is a straight line from my house. I should get a locomotive outfitted with rubber tires so that I could drive it to work. A locomotive would, for sure, be a chick magnet. Parking might be a problem. My parking spot is only 2.6 x 5.6 metres.
