I purchased one of these lights and the orange rubber switch cover was sitting off to one side. I was unable to adjust it. With the help of this video I was able to remove the tail cap and re-seat the cover. The cover did not come out easily. It was trapped on one 'corner'. I placed the tail cap unit on a writing notepad to avoid any damage to the surface or the tail cap itself. Then I used a Philips head screwdriver to gently tap the 3 sides of the switch. This freed up enough room to release the cover. Another few taps and the switch was released. Placed the rubber cover back in the hole and tapped the switch back. An easy fix. Thank you for your video. It will also be useful if I decide I want to upgrade or change the led.
