Thank you so much, Danny. From 04:00 on, you start telling/warning us about the cocking of the wrist. Thus changing the club-face. Today on the driving range I forced myself to keep my wrist straight and fixed. A few things happened. Weird enough it added 20 or so meters to my range. But most reportedly the balls went straighter and straighter. I could not help it but chuckle my way through the ball-bucket. The accuracy that I gained with this notion is amazing. Thank you so much. The only thing I have to get used too is the arc that my club-head makes. It feels different now. At the top of my swing I feel that a little circle-motion with the club-head has sneaked in. Thank you so much. All the best.
Of all the videos I have seen on how to fix a slice, this is the best. Clearly explained In a no nonsense manner making it much easier to understand. Can't wait to get to the range and start the process. Thank you Danny. 👍👏⛳
Hi Danny I had one of my best driving day ever last week and it all come from what you are currently sharing from yourself and Pete. I did not miss a fairway. Keep it coming thanks
Brilliant video Danny. I am currently 13 handicap and already seeing a huge difference in my results off the tee and my confidence has boosted. I always been timid with my driver off the tee because I didn't know if I was going to hook pull my driver or have a draw. This drill I work on every week has resulted in confident drives and I never over think my first shot off the tee. Thanks for sharing!
I rarely comment on videos but I have to give props to Danny for his tutorial videos. Instead of explaining and never showing like most videos he gets straight to it and simplifies it so it is easy to follow and very fun to work on as he talks through exactly how to fix the issue. It took me about 15-20 swings total to take my driver from a 200-yard hard slice right to a 255-yard slight draw down the middle of the fairway! Thank you for your videos!
Danny, Thank you. I just wanted to share my experience with this golf video. I watched it on the ferry on my way to work yesterday and decided to put your tips to the test during a quick 9-hole round this morning. For the first 5 holes, I stuck to my usual swing and battled with my usual slice. Then, with 4 holes to go, I thought, "What the heck, let's try Danny's tips now instead of waiting for the range." The results were instant and quite incredible! I've rarely hit a draw in my life, but implementing your well-explained advice, I hit 4 in a row-bang, bang, bang, bang, each centre of the fairway. My playing partners litrally couldn't believe it! I've tried numerous methods to eliminate my driver since I have been playing golf, but your straightforward explanation really clicked for me. Admittedly, the feeling of hitting the ball to the right felt strange initially, but the results were well worth it. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise. I'm excited for my round tomorrow to see if I can carry this newfound success forward. Looking forward to more great tips from you! Keep up the great work!
...this is madness!...having tried almost everything I watched this and for the first time I understood what I was doing wrong...Danny has simplified hitting a driver and I haven't sliced a drive since!...I used to slice almost every drive!...I have subscribed to Danny's channel and can recommend it to all us frustrated golfers!...thankyou Danny...
Danny!! This was the best explanation I’ve seen!! I’ve watched so many videos with zero success but this did it for me. I’ve been slicing my driver so bad I stopped using it and stuck with my woods. I trusted the process one part at a time and it totally worked. Went from 10% straight to 75% with my driver, still got work to do but this isn’t bullshit mate!! Thank you so much!
Same here Matt. I stopped using my driver for years because I slice so much and lost so many balls. This worked for me with 80-90% success. I never believed it would but it did. I was less than 5% straight before.
I think I actually love you. I have been playing golf regularly for 2 years and could not fix my slice with the driver. I have watched probably 20/30 videos on this and hit countless balls and could not consistently fix. Just went to the range and for the first time consistently wasn’t slicing everything and found a repeatable formula. Thank you
Took this straight to the course, completely fixed my slice after 2 hits, been trying for ages and now hitting them straight up the middle. Thank you soo much
I'm a 65 year old man ,been playing golf for a few years now and i can honestly say this instructional video has really changed my swing using driver. I was a constant and frustrated slicer but i never was able to change my swing until this brilliant video. Now after just one range session i kid you not, my slice has gone and I'm hitting the ball 50 yards longer than i have for years. I cannot thank Danny enough for his explanation of how it should feel to hit round on the ball as opposed to coming over the top. Thank you for transforming my driver of the tee.
THIS IS THE ONE I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR!!! I found this video 2 weeks ago, and already trying this "hook" position at the start of the swing. And from usually play around 85-90 now it's been 2 round of 80 and 81🤯🤯 I hit everything in that (driver, iron, wedge) starting position. The only tweak i add is, on follow through, i try to imagine hitting fade so it going straight if not, then the ball will be snap hook
Will need to take these tips to the range because this is the exact issue I have with my drives slicing like crazy and not sure of the steps to fix. Thanks as always for your clear and concise instruction, Danny!!
Thank you so much Danny. I have been slicing for years now and never figured out the issue. I was skeptical but thought of giving it a try and for my surprise this is the first time I was able to hit the drive straight 90% of the time. I mean straight straight. Never been so satisfied this much with my driver. Truly, this is very very helpful. ❤
I’m eager to put this lesson into practice next week. I have been so frustrated with my driver over the last month or so that I’ve been second guessing myself on my short game as a result of missed shot at the t box. You have really simplified the solution for me. Thank you!!
Hi Danny This is my number 1 problem with my driver which I have not overcome for over a year now! I don't hook left but just send the ball directly left which has exasperated me: this in particular if I tried to alter the face all I achieved was a monumental slice! I have found - just like your other videos - this one to be particularly informative due to your clear and detailed explanations. Why I think it'll work this time for me is that you break down a complex problem into specific steps that each need practice. Thanks for another invaluable video. Best regards from Peter
The other day, the pro at my club was literally moving my shoulders after setup and I would hit it straight. The explanation on turning the wrist should be a big help, that is absolutely playing a part. Really appreciate your content Danny. Been watching for a couple years and this is your best driver explanation.
Mandatory video for anyone that slices the ball. I used to slice it, then I got my club face squared and started hitting it straight left. Now I have the confidence needed to try to swing more out to the right and not worry about it slicing even further right. You nailed everything here. Fix your club face first, then worry about path. Don't overlook grip for club face control. I thought I had a "strong" grip but I was actually gripping it weak! I wondered why I couldn't close the club face.
I started playing golf in 2006 and I'm 54 now. Since I started I always had a slice, or what I liked to call a power fade to make myself feel better about it. Always been able to hit it fairly far and still get an average of 270 meters (300 yards) + on my drives. My very 1st official handicap was 11 but it soon moved up and I basically stayed a 15/16 since then. Then about 5 months ago I watched a video of yours in which you demonstrated how senior golfers can get more rotation if they lifted their front heel in the backswing and their back heel in the follow through. Just after watching the video I went to the driving range and tried it, I hooked every ball and although that's just the opposite of my slice, it was the 1st time ever I didn't slice it. That Monday I played in my normal 4 ball and did the move with my heels...and for the first time in my golfing life I had a baby draw! In 6 weeks I moved down to a 8 HC (and still around 10 now) just because I started hitting fairways regularly. So maybe that heel movement was to get more rotation, but by doing that, I started getting my clubface in the right position more often and my swing path corrected itself by me doing it. So, just wanted to say thanx for that, much appreciated.
Tried this yesterday but only for the last few holes. IT WORKS ! So simple, normal set up, ball inside lead heel, close face slightly then bump hip towards target which returns the face to square and gives a slight in to out path. Superb, first time it went miles with a slight draw. Even if I can do this even 50% of the time I will be well pleased. Thanks once again Danny !
Thanks Danny, for the cues to stop my massive slice. Last week's video really helped my irons, but now driver is way right. I'll apply your fixes. Thanks again.
It works! It works!! Thank you Danny!!! I watched this video Thursday night. Took these tips to my round Friday and drastically improved my drive. Best day using my driver ever. Thank you again!
I've been struggling with my driver, slicing everything, trying fixing it, hooking... I've done that for few weeks and was totally lost, but after finding this video, ray of hope! Thanks Danny! I will apply this tomorrow! Thanks again!
Danny!! I need some advice. I just started playing golf about 3 months ago. Hitting my driver down to my 3 wood is so much easier than hitting my irons and 4 hybrid. I can not stop thinning my shots and slicing horribly while hitting off the fairway or rough.Hitting off of a tee is a bit easier but i find myself standing up too much during my down swing or leaning back a bit. Any guidance will be extremely appreciated and helpful! Thank you in advance. P.S You helped me hit straight shots with my driver in 3 weeks of doing your drills. That may seem like a long time lol but remember 3 months ago i never picked up a golf club. You are the best UA-cam golf instructor period! I can only imagine how effective your golf lessons are for all your students.
Another great video Danny. I was explaining to an old football friend of mine who was new to golf, about draws and fades and how they happen. I remember he was particularly skilled at free kicks so I said to him imagine you are wanting to bend the ball around the wall. Your run up is the path and how you shape your foot against the ball is the club face. He twigged straight away using that description. But the best bit of advice I gave him was to watch your channel and this particular episode. 😂
Danny, these videos are amazing. It seems every time I have an issue that I need to work on and I come to UA-cam. You have a video right in front of me that matches my exact concerns. It’s magical. I’m not sure if you are reading my mind or UA-cam is reading my mind. If you can give me some insight on this that would be great because it is really freaking me out. This lesson is the exact lesson that I was looking for because my last two rounds I went from a straight shot to start pushing into the right one more time I needed a reassurance of what is the right thing to do. magically came on today just looking at videos randomly and your video was there. Thank you, sir. I appreciate it.
I took this to the range and was amazed at how quickly I was able to address my slice issue. You always make it so easy to understand the issue and how to correct it. Thank you Danny.
This golf video is a source of inspiration for golfers. The golfer's precise swing and performance make me want to elevate my own game. I appreciate the opportunity to witness such excellence and look forward to incorporating these lessons into my play.
Danny, I have been battling a slice since I started golf. I took lessons and a lot of range time with no fix. I would try multiple UA-cam tips. I practiced what you taught in this video and hit my first draws. Didn’t know I would get so much distance. Went from 160 yards hard right to 220 to the left with a draw. Appreciate your videos
Thank you for this video. I struggled slicing my driver, but after I watched this and practice for a week with your simple recommended adjustment, I immediately saw improvement. I played a solid game that weekend. Thanks again!!
Found your channel last night, I've been all over the place with my drives but always a slicer. Range this morning and used these two tips, and now the ball is going straight and longer! Great lesson!
Same, i did even talk to a professional and he told me "he needs to see to tell whats wrong". My drives were spinning to the outside. If Danny here can fix my issue online, I can tell this is a great channel and coach.
After years of slicing (I am not sure if that is the correct word) with the driver I changed the grip a while ago and I was hitting straight left. I didn’t know what to do. I would either slide or hit straight left. Today I tried moving my hips forward and aiming right, as you recommend, directly in the golf course. I know you are supposed to practice first but I went straight to the golf course. It has been MAGICAL! If I tell you all my drives have been above 250 yards and straight as an arrow, you won’t believe me, and that’s all right. My wife was with me… couldn’t have a better day… THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Somehow between last fall and this spring my capability to hit the fairways off the tee box was lost. Starting every hole from the woods was really affecting my overall score. I watched this lesson 4 times yesterday and without going to the range to try it out I just played in my league last night and bingo! I landed the ball on the fairway 8 out of 9 times and shot a 43. Face at 11:00, accentuate the hip movement and the tilt and I'm back. Thank you!
Danny, these driver concepts have really helped me turn my tee shots into a strength this season. Slicing the ball off the tee is now the exception. One other thought that has helped me get my body moving in the right direction is to focus my weight of my lead foot to the ball of my foot when coming through the ball. Thanks for your consistent lessons!
Ace video. I had been slicing for ages and someone suggested turning the toe inwards. I now have a white blob on my grip to remind me of my tum position (hope thats not illegal). And then yes it was going straight off to my left. I, by chance, corrected that with more weight on my left side. Your video encapsulated the things i was doing and wonderfully explains the why and how. Thanks. Rob.
Went to the range today, made the adjustment from noon to 11 on the driver, stayed back and then through the ball, and it made ALL the difference. Thanks, Danny!!
I’ve not played for 30 years but now 50 I want to take up golf again, hence watching your videos. I always used to fade/ slice , so this was a great video. Funnily your setup made your swing look very similar to Rory M! I’m sure people have said that before as it looks identical!
Loving the sound effects between the hook and the slice 😂. Another cracking video easily explained. Unfortunately the weather is dire today but hopefully get out on the course tomorrow. Thanks as always Danny and have a great weekend
Wow, I’m new to golf only played my 1st round in July. I quickly dropped to a 13.1 handicap (apparently a natural sportsman) my irons are generally straight, but struggle with consistent distance. My driver a complete box of frogs, I hit an average carry 240 yards but it could go anywhere generally a big slice. My local course has lots of trees lining the left side of most tee box’s which don’t allow me to compensate for my slice, the few holes that do allow me to aim left, typically I hit it straight into the trees on the left. I’ve watched lots of video’s fix your slice in 5 minute, follow this simple trick to never slice again, result, generally minimal gains then back comes the slice sometimes worse. This video is the 1st one to get me consistent results, I’ve never drawn a ball in my short golfing life, but trip to the range this morning followed your advice, boom longer hits right to left shape, shot after shot right to left draw. I was even able to control it. 70 with the driver 65 did what I wanted them to do. I thought too good to be true, so I decided a 2nd trip to the range once again right to left movement when I wanted to. I was even able to adjust try grip to go straight. I was easily carrying passed the 250 yard marker with the range balls, I can not wait to hit the course now.
Thanks Danny - tried this out in the range today the 11.00 and also pushing my left hips forward to create draw and it worked well. Great to have this when you have an OB right and NEED to keep the ball left.
What I get out of your video's more than anything is hope. Thanks for giving me hope in a difficult game. Just this week I finally got some stronger results thanks to you. Hopefully, next week things will continue o the path you have me on. HOPE!
Congratulations on 1 million views. This works. I watched this yesterday and went to the range today and had a pretty amazing session. Thanks for the great advice and content
What en excellent video and explanation on how to correct one’s tendencies to hook and slice a ball. Well done Danny, thanks for all you do for the golfing community! 🌴⛳️🌴
Hi again Danny, after watching one of your vids yesterday I felt compelled to find one for straightening my drives, as I said I'm a low hooker of the golf ball so hopefully this video will help even though you focused on slicing it's the same process in reverse. Thanks again
So glad I found this video Danny. I literally made my way through 50+ pizzas at the range weekend just gone 😂. Irons are fairly consistent but my Driver has always been a monster slice. I'm gonna give this 11am/exaggeration drill a proper go before my round next weekend. Thank you!
This video is wonderful - it has helped me incredibly! Such a gift to finally really understand why the slice happens and also how to fix it. Learning the feeling of hitting like I'm trying to hit to the right and have the ball sail straight down the fairway is almost magical. Thank you very much Danny!
Just like to say thanks Danny. My driving can be erratic so I went straight to the range and tried that. Certainly made a difference and will be working on it further. It’s certainly a mind problem intending to hit it right. Just needs fine tuning now.
Thank you for this Danny. Been struggling with my driver recently, and took this to the course this morning. I have never hit so many fairways in one round. Closest I got to my usual slice was a slight fade.
Danny, I’m now only an occasional slicer of the driver, as I have incorporated todays tip some time ago. But what really has seemed to pick up my distance and ball flight is the term I heard “ knuckles toward the ground”. This really improved my driver, and my irons actually as well. Maybe you can elaborate on that term a little in the future. It took me awhile to achieve it and I still have some inconsistency with it but it seems to work for me when I get it right. Thanks for all you do!
The principals you share are so well explained and easy to follow. I'm a left handed golfer that struggles the most with driving. I take all these ideas to the range in hopes of putting it all together at some point.
Danny you absolute beauty of a man, I finally got a feel for closing the head and releasing into the ball. Fixed my slice and added distance. God bless your talented soul.
Went to the range with this drill today. The changed stance of pushing and tilting my hips to allow for the in to out path was a game changer. Starting in that position along with a strong grip and the feeling of throwing my hands out and to the right, i was hitting far better. Definitely need more range sessions for consistency, but the biggest change i noted was easy diatance and contacting the middle of the club face. I felt like i wasnt swinging hard and my drives were carrying probably 40-50 yards longer than usual with the glancing blow of a slicing shot path. Thanks Danny - great drill.
Play off 12 but been slicing drive forever. Watched this last night and it matched totally with something I had been trying which was to try and strike the rubber tee peg on mat with eyes closed only focusing on balance. Today had 20 min practice and then went round in 4 under my handicap. Skyed 2 and all the rest straight into a howling wind, likewise with irons. I found this was magic!
Thanks! You are simply AWESOME!!! I’m a high handicap golfer who really appreciated your clear, honest and passionate mission to help us all get better. 😊🎉
8:50 is such a great example in motion of slicers and hookers and why the “reverse K” stance is so important. I even started adopting that for my irons and woods off the deck and try to start off with that pose. It really helps with fades and slices. Just be mindful of fatting the shot.
I took this lesson to the driving range today and my slice has vanished! I looked under my bag, I looked under the turf but I couldn’t find it anywhere, I even checked my pockets, my slice is gone. Thank-you so much for sharing this lesson. All my drives went straight and I made sure I was hitting into wind so any spin would be exaggerated. I can’t wait to try this out on Sunday when I play, I’m even going to tee off with a new ball.
Thanks so much for this video. This fixed my hook and hits off the toe. Much better contact and straighter balls by fixing my setup. Was leaned too far back just like you said
This video has so worked for me. OK, it was only one round but I shot my best round for two years. No slices. Half the woods were perfect drives (and much longer than usual) with a modest draw the rest were more aggressive hooks that I'll need to work on. My irons off the tee were noticeably crisper, though the draw was less pronounced. A couple of birdies and beat my handicap for a change. Can't wait to get out there again. Thanks Danny. You da man!
Great information as always! I mostly avoid the big slice now, but occasionally I hit one straight left and had no idea why that happened. Now I know - thank you!
Danny ,this video was a light bulb going off . I get it now . I was always indirectly setting up for the slice , now I imagine the draw and my body follows. Can’t wait to get back out there. Thanks.
I can not believe this actually clicked and worked for me. Hit 20 drives on the range today and not one slice, the same set up and logic applied to my woods. Thank you Danny!
WOW! What an incredible lesson! After all these years of not understanding this concept, you summed it up in a 7-minute video. Thank you!
maybe golf isn't for you then, if it takes you years. to understand why you slice your drive.

I love your style of breaking everything down so simply that even I can understand it. I’m gonna try this later this week at the range.
Have fun!

Happy to help Philip!
Thanks Danny, for the cues to stop my massive slice. Last week's video really helped my irons, but now driver is way right. I'll apply your fixes. Thanks again.
You are very welcome
It works!
Happy to help Chris!
This is legitimately one of the best instructional videos I've ever seen. Incredible job!
Glad it was helpful!
so simple and really addresses the main reason we slice - open face and trying not to aim right. Brilliant visualisation Mr Maude!
Thank you Warren!
More gold from a platinum coach,
Love it Danny, keep them coming mate.
Super kind paul thank you
P.S
You helped me hit straight shots with my driver in 3 weeks of doing your drills. That may seem like a long time lol but remember 3 months ago i never picked up a golf club. You are the best UA-cam golf instructor period! I can only imagine how effective your golf lessons are for all your students.
I have a video coming out Saturday that I think will be perfect for you
My name is Jonathan Baco by the way.
@@DanielMaude you are seriously the best!! I can’t wait to check that video out as soon as it drops. Thank you very much sir!!
Brilliant, happy to help Wayne 😁
I took this to the range and was amazed at how quickly I was able to address my slice issue. You always make it so easy to understand the issue and how to correct it.
Thank you Danny.
Awesome to hear Jacob
This golf video is a source of inspiration for golfers. The golfer's precise swing and performance make me want to elevate my own game. I appreciate the opportunity to witness such excellence and look forward to incorporating these lessons into my play.
Thank you!
Brilliant well done 😁
Thank you for this video. I struggled slicing my driver, but after I watched this and practice for a week with your simple recommended adjustment, I immediately saw improvement. I played a solid game that weekend. Thanks again!!
Well done and thanks for taking the time to share
Found your channel last night, I've been all over the place with my drives but always a slicer. Range this morning and used these two tips, and now the ball is going straight and longer! Great lesson!
you found the best golf channel, congrats
Same, i did even talk to a professional and he told me "he needs to see to tell whats wrong". My drives were spinning to the outside. If Danny here can fix my issue online, I can tell this is a great channel and coach.
Danny, That was brilliant. Separating the face from the path and correcting the face first. You have a gift. Salil
My wife was with me… couldn’t have a better day… THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Super kind of you
Somehow between last fall and this spring my capability to hit the fairways off the tee box was lost. Thank you!
I just unsubscribed from every golf UA-camr but you. I say it every time you are the best teaching golf youtube ever. Thanks!
Wow! This is the best golf lesson ever. I tried half of the lesson in my practice session yesterday and scored 90% straight hits. Thanks you Sir!
Thanks. Rob.
That's thumb by the was, not tummy😂.
That’s brilliant well done
Top draw mate. Superb coaching style and delivery, without scaring folk with too many technicals. Cheers
Really kind Adam thank you
Gold yet again!!!❤❤❤
Really kind David
Went to the range today, made the adjustment from noon to 11 on the driver, stayed back and then through the ball, and it made ALL the difference. Thanks, Danny!!
Well done Loren!
Absolutely one of your best training sessions yet! Thanks, Danny. Can’t wait to try it out!
Really kind hope it helps
Amazing Danny! I tried this at the range and it worked! Thank you.
I’ve not played for 30 years but now 50 I want to take up golf again, hence watching your videos. I always used to fade/ slice , so this was a great video. Funnily your setup made your swing look very similar to Rory M! I’m sure people have said that before as it looks identical!
Thanks James! Appreciate the support and keep me updated with how you get on 😁
Brooooo... this works! Totally simplified the driver for me WOW. Unbelievable!!!
Awesome to hear
Loving the sound effects between the hook and the slice 😂. Another cracking video easily explained. Unfortunately the weather is dire today but hopefully get out on the course tomorrow. Thanks as always Danny and have a great weekend
Thanks 👍 it’s not great weather! Julian 😟
Absolutely one of the best lessons for beginners. Thank you so much, Danny!
Really happy to help Alex
powerful indeed......slicing the golf the exactly my problem,,,i m going to the golf course right now to try out what i have learnt
Thanks Daniel!
My miss is a hook and this video made me realize that it’s not my club path or swing but my club face angle at impact. Thanks.
This video is amazing and makes it even easier to correct mishaps while on the course. Thanks man!
Pleasure
What I get out of your video's more than anything is hope. Thanks for giving me hope in a difficult game. Just this week I finally got some stronger results thanks to you. Hopefully, next week things will continue o the path you have me on. HOPE!
Glad they help! 👍
Congratulations on 1 million views. This works. I watched this yesterday and went to the range today and had a pretty amazing session. Thanks for the great advice and content
Thank you Gatf appreciate the support 😁
What en excellent video and explanation on how to correct one’s tendencies to hook and slice a ball. Well done Danny, thanks for all you do for the golfing community! 🌴⛳️🌴
Really happy to help Mark
Hi again Danny, after watching one of your vids yesterday I felt compelled to find one for straightening my drives, as I said I'm a low hooker of the golf ball so hopefully this video will help even though you focused on slicing it's the same process in reverse. Thanks again
So glad I found this video Danny. I literally made my way through 50+ pizzas at the range weekend just gone 😂.
Irons are fairly consistent but my Driver has always been a monster slice. I'm gonna give this 11am/exaggeration drill a proper go before my round next weekend. Thank you!
Thanks Sped 😁 appreciate the support 👍
This video is wonderful - it has helped me incredibly! Such a gift to finally really understand why the slice happens and also how to fix it. Learning the feeling of hitting like I'm trying to hit to the right and have the ball sail straight down the fairway is almost magical. Thank you very much Danny!
@sandyray6710 you are most welcome. Glad you enjoyed it 🙏🏻
Just like to say thanks Danny. My driving can be erratic so I went straight to the range and tried that. Certainly made a difference and will be working on it further. It’s certainly a mind problem intending to hit it right. Just needs fine tuning now.
Love to hear how you get on Kevin
my man.... Explanations are always logical and easy to follow. This is a great one.
Really kind thank you. Love to hear how you get on
Thank you for this Danny. Been struggling with my driver recently, and took this to the course this morning. I have never hit so many fairways in one round. Closest I got to my usual slice was a slight fade.
Amazing to hear Kevin 🙌
Danny, wat a way to make it happen. I translate it to a left-handed player. Thanks
Happy to help!
Just a simple honest comment.. doesn't make a difference if you are right or left handed, righties slices to the right, Iefties to the left.
Brilliant! I knew this basic information but never thought about trying to get the face aligned first.
Happy to help Michael 😁
Best tutorial I’ve seen on this topic. Thanks Danny.
Danny you absolute beauty of a man, I finally got a feel for closing the head and releasing into the ball. Fixed my slice and added distance. God bless your talented soul.
@thomassong1565 thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Glad you enjoyed it 🙏🏻
Went to the range with this drill today.
Brilliant well done 😁
@@DanielMaude even better today! Getting easier to repeat. This is game changing as I'm rarely in the fairway off the tee
@astor0671 that’s great well done 👏
Watched this and realized posture and wrist may a huge difference, can't wait to try this..thanks for the tips!!
Very happy to help Bob
Thanks! You are simply AWESOME!!! I’m a high handicap golfer who really appreciated your clear, honest and passionate mission to help us all get better. 😊🎉
Glad to help! Tony
Love to hear how you get on
So important to learn in the right sequence. First ball direction and then swing path! Brilliant, as we are alway fighting the brain:)
Absolutely 👍
Thanks for these great tips Dany, I will sure improve my driving shots.
Love to hear how you get on Felix
Thanks so much for this video. This fixed my hook and hits off the toe. Much better contact and straighter balls by fixing my setup. Was leaned too far back just like you said
@Mines619 Glad it helped! Thank you for watching 🙏🏻
Just gone out in rain and hit the straightest drives in my life (not sliced) using the bowed wrist idea. You’re a mega star, thanks, Danny.
You da man!
@nicksellens272 thank you so much for watching. That’s great. Well done. Enjoy 👍🏻
Great bit of advice on setting the 11 o’clock position. Been doing this straight out with mixed results, can’t wait to try this method 👍🏼
Have fun
Danny, you are the leading world golf coach bringing joy to 000's
@@ivornotion6624 really kind of you to take the time to feedback Ivor
Great information as always! I mostly avoid the big slice now, but occasionally I hit one straight left and had no idea why that happened. Now I know - thank you!
great i will give this a go on the range next week thanks man!
Pleasure James
I see something I'm doing wrong in every one of your videos and then you show how to correct it. Thank you.
Love the videos. They have been helpful for me working a fade. I keep the ball in play more and handicap keeps dropping
Awesome to hear Patrick
Excellent description of the issue of slice/hook. I tool this out on the course today and shot 5 under normal 😊
Thank you Gary!
Danny ,this video was a light bulb going off . I get it now .
I was always indirectly setting up for the slice , now I imagine the draw and my body follows.
Can’t wait to get back out there.
Thanks.
As always clear on how the message/instruction came across. Thanks again Danny 😊
Thank you Terry!
I can’t wait to get out and implement this, Danny. Thank you for all of your great videos!
Really happy to help Matt
