Interesting video but if the basis and title is 'to buy' there should be some info about price. Average cost for a flat in the city centre versus out side would be simple and informative.

Los Cabos is expensive, but your return of investment will be fast since the average hotel rate per night is 560 usd. 2 bd ocean view condos start at 300,000 usd
What is there to do in Panama city ? Sounds boring
Not at all. Very metropolis, like Miami
$100k for a 2-bed in a prime location in Medellin?!? Impossible! Budget at least $200k if you wanna be in El Poblado neighborhood where all tourists wanna hang out, and that would be in a lame, old building with no amenities.

I'd like to see a report on the best places for raw land deals. Or can u mention some here/now?
I recommend Belarus who like europeans people and this like Europe, USA. But cheaper prices and costs for life. Safety, without crime. Good cities infrastructure. Good medicine. Climate and weather like in Pennsylvania USA, or Oregon USA. Not cold. Not hot. Or as north France, or Poland.
Belarus hates Americans and the president is a Putin stooge. This post must be a joke.
