Hello, I would suggest looking up a chocolate cake recipe on google or pinterest and find one that you have most ingredients for already. The icing I did buttercream icing for the white and green parts and chocolate icing for the brown parts

I do not have a football pan. I did not understand what u ment cut it down from a round cake. After i cut it how do i put the 2 pieces to make it footbal shape
Take a circle cake and cut a rectangle piece out of the middle and then put the two halves together so it is an oval shape. You can search on Pinterest "Football Cake" and it shows a diagram on what this looks like!

Maria M I made a regular cake recipe and filled the pan, so a recipe that would normally fill two circle pans filled it
