How many logs on one tank of fuel vs one battery charge comparison

  • I thought it would be interesting to compare how many logs can be cut using one tank of fuel with my husky chain saw vs the erbauer 36v battery saw, at the end I also work out the costs of cutting the logs for each saw.
    The cost worked out at £0.32p per cord of logs for the battery saw and £1.04p per cord of logs for the petrol saw.

    also this is not an instructional video on using chainsaws safely, plenty of vids on here, they are dangerous, you should use your own judgement and educate yourself to use competently.

    Interesting experiment, both have their place and it should be up to you the user as to which one you use..

      That's right. I mainly use the battery for doing exactly this it's nice and quiet and the petrol for felling and larger diameter cutting

      No it takes 2 and combines them for the 36v motor 🪚
