Vega, Dahlsim, and Honda have NORMAL moves with no hitboxes. T-Hawk's SPD has no "whiff animation" (like Zangief's SPD, where his arms cross in front of him), meaning the input either lands the command grab when the opponent is in range, or throws a punch if they are out of range/in a non-throw state...and some punches can be used to tick throw SPD because logic. Vega's super can be input infinite times & only executed once lol. Meaning: you can charge it EVERY time you go off the wall, and keep your super when you elect to slash/do nothing but use it once you throw; threatening super throw ever wall dive. O. Ryu air tatsu is 50/50 unblockable (horee sheet!). Both dj & chun li have aerial reset/juggle combos that can score +/- 20 hits...in a sf2 game. Cps1 Guile could throw you from anywhere on the screen, freeze himself invincible until the clock ran out, or immobilize the opponent until the time ran out. O. Zangief had exactly 1 frame to spd anyone from anywhere on the screen & this one is truly astounding. Both O. Sagat & O. Guile have 4 hit re-daze combos from which there is no recovery. O. Chun Li "strong punch" button counter throw (air or ground) beats all non-invincible attacks: so only O. Ken, O. Ryu, Akuma, and Vega (invincible anti-airs) can consistently counter her aggro throw strategies (ST shoryukens are not invincible & she can throw opponents out of them). The fact that Sagat can combo 2 fireballs from full screen is just wrong. Akuma is just wrong. There's more, sf2 is broken AF!
