Dude. You're knocking it out of the park. Seems like we've done all the same things. I just moved away from lanolin (for the bolt gun) about a month ago. Still works for the plinking stuff cause I SS tumble after sizing.

I use the LEE lube in a gallon Ziploc. About pea size for 50 or so cases. Size, without the sizing rod, then mandrel. Wear a cheap brown jersey glove to move the case from sizing die to neck lube to mandrel die, roll around the case after the mandrel, ready for priming. Sizing die wax for some small batches and like yourself, lanolin for 223 type stuff.

I use drawing oil that the automotive press shops use to lube the sheet metal before they press the car body parts. That oil comes in 208lt drums and a small amount goes a far way. I put that oil in a sponge mat and lightly roll the case over the sponge.

Sounds like it would work for that. But I am trying to do things faster where I can. That would be a slow process, but an effective one.

Thanks for the video! Does the Oneshot being sprayed onto the shoulders not cause dents on the shoulders when sizing? I religiously avoid lubing the shoulders for that reason but its slow as you point out.

No, oneshot is very thin. I've never had a dent from it.

Couldn't you use the same Dry lube graphite? So move step 6 to step 4. You're basically lubing the inside of the neck and the outside of the case for resizing. Have you tested with that?

The problem is I want to size with the wet lube and mandrel/seat bullet with the dry lube. I know some people will do Imperial sizing wax on the body and dry lube the neck, but that is a slow process. Thanks for the comment.
