This works!!!! Thank you! Today I was making some vegetable and beef soup...got distracted...and didn't totally burn it beyond repair...but it tasted burned. The addition of some milk and butter totally saved the soup. Amusingly, the little bit of burned flavor left makes it seem like I had fire roasted the veggies. So its actually better than ever now. Thanks again
Some other tips u can blend pepper and tomato with the broth of the soup and 3 tablespoons olive oil with salt should turn it to a Indian dish with spice

You can even add some onion to remove the burnt flavour
