Hi! you might just want to make sure you are doing the oats the right way! he might mean 1 cup of cooked oats, not dry! 1/2 cup dry = 1 cup cooked. Just letting you know :)
Oh my gosh my college has these asian rice bowl salads and they're so good! Its like rice, grilled chicken, kimchi, chimichurri, jalapenos, boiled eggs, mushrooms etc. Its so good!
Love the rice on the salad. Just so you know, a third cup dry rice cooks up to about 3/4 cups. (Rice typically triples in volume when cooked). Wasn’t sure if you wanted 1/3 cooked or raw.

can you talk about managing your strict eating habits and socializing? im usually very successful at staying on track but the only times i seem to mess up is when social events come up. i'd love to know how you deal with avoiding temptation during that :)

That's what I thought as well...I learned that with 21 day fix...it's cooked not dry that you measure.
