Loved it Sir. I made my Veg momos in my channel using Sabudana flour (Tapioca) so that I get a bit transparent skin for momos as authentic Chinese dimsums are made. It was satisfactory. The challenge is we don't get wheat or potato starch easily in india which is the main magic behind translucent dimsums or HarGao. I love your channel. You are an inspiration 😊

The real recepi of this is not as same as you showing...it need momo masala meat masala soya sauce chopped onion minced meat as optional...garlic salt white paper oil and main thing love.
bro... every chef has his unique style to make a traditional recipe with twist. Their style of cooking make them unique. Even masterchef Gordan Ramsay and other world class level chef believe in this.
Momoz can have any stuFfing as per taste and likes. No need to be tradtionl. If you see tradtional veg momos they are just cabbage and spring onions...
Saurav Den Do not cook chicken filling before steaming momos. Create a filling of masala and chicken keema and steam with momo for 11-15 mins. Its done
