    Hi Desiree... running through the 4 Week Ballet Body Fitness Challenge for the 6th or 7th time! I just had to let you know. Total body transformation.... and I'm calmer, too! You are a magician 👌 and are super appreciated. I combine these with your 5 Minute Chassé Challenge, your 5 Minute Squat Challenge, 8 Minute Jazz Interval Workout and other great HIIT style workouts, for a cardio burst. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Good Morning This workout was challenging but I welcome and embrace the challenge. I love that you make your workouts difficult but not impossible because ultimately that is how we advance and grow. I have moved on to the "Ballet Body" challenge and this is my second day.

    Some people look forward to a special menu in a good restaurant. I look forward and love Desiree's weekly menu: always fresh, always challenging and always making you feel amazing! Thank you!
    As you wanted feedback on struggles, here is mine: in the zigzag position moving one leg back to front, I have found that the supporting leg in the front wants to rise up too by a couple of inches. xxx

    Deirée a class that combines fluidity and rhythm in a perfect timing 👌🏼the two sections and two rounds are excellent, it allows us to improve performance and technic.

    Before this I tried another barre workout but the fitness music made me so aggressive, combined with all this cardio jumping... Then I found this and was welcomed with this lovely relaxing music. Exactly what I wanted! Dear, you look so perfect!

    I get this awful noise in my heap when trying to pull my leg up straight but, aside from that, I really enjoy doing these excercises. Looove your workouts! So intense yet so elegant 🥰

    Omg, Desiree....on Day 2 of your 4 week “Ballet Body” Fitness challenge -- love it!! 💕😍 In all this time, I have never done your ballet workouts...why not?! I think I looked at it before like, “well I don’t know ballet.” Now I’m thinking omg. . . . What if I’m a ballerina? 😮🤣

    This was AWESOME!! I just did your 20 min Ballet HIIT and this one today along with my 60 min HIIT that I love which turned out to be for the challenge today so I had extra time to try something new. So glad I tried these. I was a sweaty mess after both. Whoa!!! 💕💕💕

    Desirée, hi! I was particularly glad today that I’d usually work out by myself. I was laughing out loud while trying to do the fan steps portion of the class, without any of the skills and grace you were demonstrating for us! I totally bombed it! But it was fun and l’m generally not a fan of HIIT classes

      @@DansiqueFitness Thank you for your encouraging words, Desirée. My daughter danced between the ages of two and a half (mommy and me classes) until 18. She was in the Nutcracker for nine seasons with Princeton Ballet and in her junior year of high school she dance Kitri in Don Q. I watched and enjoyed countless hours of rehearsals and performances. Looking at me doing the fan steps, you would have thought I’ve never seen ballet before in my life. I thought it was hilarious! And I do love barre classes and can usually keep up pretty well. Anyway, I had fun cracking myself up. My husband wasn’t within earshot so he did not question my sanity! 😆

    Loove looove looove your workouts! 🥰 Although lifting my legs up and dropping them without touching the floor is always a killer for me 😖I don't have much flexibility in my hips and I struggle with those a lot...But I keep trying! 💪 THANK YOU as always for your videos, they're THE BEST! 🙌♥

    I got to around the 22 minute mark before I started to lose my form so unfortunately I didn’t finish the whole workout but I did the best that I could!

    Wish i could do these ballet moves, suffer from mortons neuroma and high arch. Painful lifting the toes. Love your workouts.

    The music is so delicious.
    As for my preferables: I like more 2nd part, my favourite was when we sit like a mermaid and move leg back to front ( don't remember the name of it🤯)
    maybe standing workout is more unusual and that's why more difficult🤔

    Thank you, Desiree! Your workouts have helped me gain more muscles throughout the months, which is super helpful at my ED recovery!
    I'm wondering if I need a pair of soft ballet training shoes for these workouts? I usually wear a pair of socks/go barefoot, but I don't feel like they've got enough "grip" on the mat. Or do I simply wear trainers? Thank you and have a nice week!

    For me most challenging was fan kick (I can do a split, but here it doesn't work) Releve with jumps helped me to feel all my extra weight 😅

    A question for you: thanks to my super-flexible hips, I have pretty good extension to the front and sides, but my back arabasques which were never great, are pretty awful at this point in life. What would you suggest for increasing range again in this aging body? Also, looking forward to doing this workout!! 💖🤗

      Be sure you’re keeping up with your stretching…specifically your hip flexors. Also, arabesques require a lot of back strength and mobility…so keep doing your prone (laying on your stomach) exercises! Here are some video suggestions…
