- not happy with this, version 2 might come soon. i need to find a way to extend the ost without reusing it... -_- dark souls 3 ost is botched quality and just repeats songs over and over.

I love how he whispers "rise, if you would." It sounds so eerie. Hands down favorite DS3 boss.
It's almost ironic though, because he MUST rise, it wasn't a question as much as a command to his soul.
I quite like that the bosses have proper dialogue in this game. Makes a nice change and expands their characters a bit.
Oh my god, Lothric's voice acting is so good. Same VA as Gywndolin in the first game, too.

@@lucasterckx9078 I agree. Ludwig’s cutscenes were just.. incredible. I’ll never forget my first playthrough, when it said, “Ludwig the Accursed is coming,” and we saw the monstrosity which Ludwig had become. Instant chills. Don’t even get me started on the phase 2 cutscene lol
I wouldn't cut the audio for Phase 2's speech, just do what it does in-game -- lowers the volume until Lorian rises, at which point it hits a climax.
That is to say I'd love to hear a version 2, appreciate the Souls dialogue over OST stuff you do.
i couldn't make it work because dark souls 3 OST is a botched up mess so blame fromsoft for being cheap cunts, not me!
I'm not getting that same vibe. If you mean you're unsure how to do it, I'm pretty sure you could just record yourself playing the game with just music and voice on and then record the phase switch with their voiceacting over it, then place that back over the original song where it should be. You've already got the rest of their VO placed beautifully across the OST.
no what i mean is the official OST is botched tracks. as in ripped from the actual disc, they printed incomplete tracks. it's so terrible.

There's a YT channel with extended parts of the fight, even found that the 1° phase of the boss had more music than the actual track. (My english is so bad )

Awesome battle and OST. Though, I'm still confused as to why my character has to fight them when they're going for the age of dark ending
I haven't been into Dark Souls for a long time, but if I recall correctly, you still need all of the Lords of Cinder to actually access the first flame.
The age of dark is not quite the same as letting flame fade iirc. After all, you basically steal the flame.
