Hell yeah man, truck seems to run a hell of a lot better
It’s definitely got some get up now! Working with the custom tuning and it’s actually really impressive what it can do. I’ve gotta learn it and understand it a little better but I should get it dialed in really good here soon
I’ve got a 99 the only mod I’ve got is a 4inch exhaust
If you take care of it it won’t really need much. Wouldn’t hurt to throw a lift pump on it tho!
I still can’t believe your truck still has wheel hop
I can’t believe it either. Trac bars, new shocks, new u bolts(and brackets), new leaf spring center bolts, rear end is l lowered 2 inches and now the 1 piece driveshaft. I’ve done like everything haha and there’s no damaged leafs or anything. I’m thinking that maybe it’s because the rear axle is an open differential maybe… spider gears are worn so maybe even tho it locks both on level ground in a straight line, maybe the tires still aren’t spinning at the exact same speed and that slight difference in speed is cause strange intermittent traction. I’m hoping next month when I get the rear end locked it’ll fix the issue

Motor wise not. Crack carls 5 inch intake with 12inch filter, coolant bypass kit and 100 over injectors. All my money went into making the drivetrain solid so it can handle burnouts haha
