It is very very important, and to be honest, I am also improving it with time, i also dont feel that my "speaking" skills in english are very good. Once I improve myself, i will bring videos about how I learned and share tips for you all too.

Not for BBA, but for an MBA from a reputed college, mostly CAT exam is required. however there are few good colleges as well who have different exams than CAT.

But giving special respect to someone just because of their age does not make sense to me. Plus, yes I do have a sense of disdain for everyone out there who has spent 10-20 years in a same job, sacrificed their professional and financial growth just because they were too afraid to get out of their comfort zone.
You have to make a decision and choose one my friend. However if you choose finance then in future you can find a job in the biotechnology or healthcare industry to stay close to your interest and work in the finance domains in these industries.

Don't prepare after leaving your job, prepare alongside, and if you are confident enough then exam ke 1-2 month phle you can try leaving it.

Not for BBA, but for an MBA from a reputed college, mostly CAT exam is required. however there are few good colleges as well who have different exams than CAT.

But giving special respect to someone just because of their age does not make sense to me. Plus, yes I do have a sense of disdain for everyone out there who has spent 10-20 years in a same job, sacrificed their professional and financial growth just because they were too afraid to get out of their comfort zone.
