Hi thank you for sharing your wonderful work. I have a question aside from projector, what other equipment could i use? Thank you again 😊
You can use a tracing technique where you copy your text onto a piece of tissue paper (like the gift wrap kind) with edibe marker. Then place the tissue on top of your cookie and retrace it. The ink will seep through to the icing/cookie and you can trace it with your royal icing.

Many projectors come with a mount, or you can use any cell phone or camera mount.

I can’t get the icing to flow consistently. It gets clogged. I try to make a bigger hole then it’s too big. I’ve tried with just bags and with small piping tips. I try thinning icing. I can’t get it to work. Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong?

I use the Procreate App on my ipad (it's like a very fancy sketch pad that costs $10) for all my lettering, but I know people that literally just pull up a font website, like Dafont or 1001fonts, on the web browser of their phone or ipad then use that as the projected image. To project it from my ipad to the projector, I follow the projector's instructions and connect the ipad to the projectors "wifi", then I simply use the screen mirroring functon (swipe down from the right corner to see). This won't be the same for all projectors, so you will want to follow the instructions on your projector if it's different. I will note, that I have an android phone, and I have found it easier to use my ipad. Apple products seem to work better (on both projectors I've had). Hope that helps.
Great video! Calligraphy is spelled with 2 L's normally. I'm sensitive to spelling because I made a huge error one time, and I was so embarrassed. It happens.
I just realized san serif means without serif so no lines
