Should have made a HEMI head for the Viper with Titanium valves and a SOLID roller cam and a close ratio trans. That and active aero on the ACR.....EVERYTHING would be Bowing Down to the RED/WHITE/BLUE.

I grew up looking at the challenger, charger and viper as the best cars ever produced. Knowing that such beasts will be gone hurts, it makes me wanna be rich just to have the last one of both, I guess Dodge has something great planned for the future.

Dodge Challenger I know the charger and challenger are still in production, what i mean is the engine, but recently they released the hellcat redeye so it’s not that bad. You’re right about the viper, I mean... they did it before so 🤷♂️

@@eman7579 That’s true, but with all this stuff about being eco friendly, emissions, fuel efficiency and other aspects, engines are getting smaller and even being completely electric or hybrids, which I’m not against, clean energy is the future

EVERYONE thinks ODHC is the Future...BUT the (FACT) is it's LESS efficient that OHV.
Also Fanboys don't realize HOW Much those DOHC V8/V10 weigh. With turbos the R35 engine weighs more than the 640hp 8.4L Viper engine. When Motor trend tested the 480hp GTR over 400 miles it got the SAME MPG as the 600hp ACR Viper and LESS than the 7Ltr C6 Z06....both of which made more power.

Makes zero sense why fca killed off the viper! Bring back the viper
1. The chassis couldn't fit the "mandatory" safety side airbags.
2. the car needs a new redesign and with FCA buying Dodge it wasn't in the $$$.
3. Sales were LOW...as MOST Big$$$ sportscars sold are Automatics...and the people running the Viper program, FAILED to give it an automatic option.
3/4 of All Corvettes are automatics, The Nexy Highest manual trans car.

90% Porsches use PDK.

Now that the Demon and the Viper are officially dead they need to bring back the Barracuda, my Idea would be a mix between a Sports car and a Muscle car, light weight body with a V8. Dodge can take my money any time if they do that!
Jorge Alejandro a good idea is that SRT could make the SRT Cudá that way they could get around the Plymouth name. The idea would be SRT would do what they did with the Viper

My SRT Charger hellcat is the best car I've had in my 72 years
Not saying it's the fastest thing on the road but I've yet to be beat. Corvettes. Camaros, mustang's are no match. Why no NASCAR involvement? Dodge has to be a winner.
