You are incorrect with your assumption. You have two issues. The element failure is common, and was not related to the loose terminations of the Sta-Kon connectors. The Sea-Kon connector failure is not uncommon, and the failure is a loose/arcing connection. These two issues are not related.
I do believe that the recall is for the gas ovens. I could be wrong because I just read an article on it. But to me it looked like it was for gas ovens.
Thanks for video. Can you add links for both the wiring harness and the bake element?
Done
There is an updated bake element kit that includes better wiring. RA-035C-KIT rom Zlinw. Same price as just the old element.
I ordere the updated element (This is my second one going out) But the new connectors don't come with the long wires. What did you do?
What size (gauge) wire do you think is connected to the heating element? Thank you!
I would guess about 14 gauge. Probably about the same a trailer wire (aka boat trailers) hope this helps.

From Z line
I just put a link in the description.
Did u know there is a recall on Zline ovens
No, hadn’t heard that. Do you have any details?
I talked to them and said buy a new one from us and have someone come out and install it. Pass!
