      It's true though, the only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you eat

      50lb = 175000 calories. that means 175000/6 weeks =29166 calorie a week needs to be burned and the net daily calorie should be -4167. does this make sense? let assume this person eats 1000 calories a day that means this work out help them burn 5167 calorie daily. To burn this many calories, one needs to run about 50 miles a day. That's almost 2 marathons everyday 7 days a week

    doing a hypertrophy workout atm, its been six weeks and yea, the stuff does work. its not the same as Meyers but the reps vary between 8-12 and sets vary between 3-5 depending on the type of workout and a 45 secs to 1 min rest. Really recommend this kind of work out if your looking to tone up.

    I thought you said eat 10,000 calories per day (mostly bacon grease) and I gained a TON of weight. Now I will go down to the 1,000 calories/ day like you recommended to try to take this weight off. JUST KIDDING!

    Great clip. The only thing I'd take issue with is running on concrete/asphalt. Grass or rubber tracks are always better because they absorb the impact.

    Gonna give this a shot see how it goes with my other routines I'm doing, I've always been a believer of high intense interval training gives me more energy through the day and results tend to appear quicker for my body at least thanks for the tips man!

    Hi Brendan , I have a problem with the skin of my abd . Last year down very fast weight of 83kg to 69kg , I have 12% fat , but I have too much skin in the abd and not to do to reduce it. I'm on a diet with fewer carbohydrates, high protein , vegetables and fruits . I go three times a week to the gym and do a routine of hypertropia . Greetings from Chile.

    I'm a swimmer and my arms and legs are skinny and toned enough. It's just my stomach. I know there's no spot reduction when it comes to weight loss but I still have rolls and skin I can pull on. I went from almost 180 to 148 in 3 and a half years. What should I be doing? Diet? Core work?

    While building muscle is good, you have to know which kind of muscle is best. For distance running, sprinting, ice skating, rollerblading, in any other cardio activities, lean muscle is what you will need to build. With lean muscle you are a lighter weight which will help you increase your speed and endurance and you'll be just as strong as someone with bulky bigger muscles without the weight, and honestly you shouldn't want to gain weight even if it is muscle. Lean muscle is better for metabolism then bulky muscles. So if you want to be a bodybuilder do what he is saying if you want to actually improve your level of fitness build lean muscle because you will look slender and fit and you'll be just as strong as anyone with bulky muscle but you'll be lighter and faster and you will be metabolizing things better.

    Hi, I would like to know I am standing at 1.79m and weighs 149 pounds. It's an average weight but however I have a belly fat and it's very frustrating because most of my friends said I'm skinny but I am the one feeling insecure. I've watched most of your videos to find the best workout but I'm not sure which one is best for me. This week I've been jogging for 20 minutes for warm up, do a 1 minute of sit ups, mountain climbers, squats, planks (2 sets each) and I'm not sure whether this will burn my belly fat or not. Please advise. Thank you

    5 meals 300 cals per meal. Burn 1800 or 2000 cals per work out.
    You do need Calcium for your bone strength. High Protein , and Fiber.
    Your body does need some sugar.
    Hypoglycemic is not cool.
    Rest ,Ice,and Stretch. Drink water.

    Alright bro imma take your word imma do this for six weeks to see if I fer results. I'm going to start next week sense I'm I'm in vacation. I started to workout out about ending ending of November. I'm on my 24th day so far out of 35. I will come back to see . I'm between slim to fat but every time I take my shirt of my friends don't think I'm fat. when I stand up I don't have fat rolls so that's a + I'm hoping this helps me a a lot in getting rid of my belly fat & more of the side fat sense I hate that the most.       So far I lost a short minimum of fat probably not as best but I did lose somewhat weight was 188 now 180 but I could of lost more but I weightlifting a bit so that's why I lost a small amount I'm just waiting to lose this fat but it helped me a bit 1 threw 10 it was like a solid 5

    Hey brandon I'm from belgium and I lost 15 kg in 2 months. I bought a shake that contains 100calories and I drink that during the lunch break. I do every day cardio and when I get home I eat vegetables with chicken or fish.
    I just want to know if this is healthy or not?

    4-5 days per week?
    Thats a lot for a mainly plyometric workout.
    Everything I've read in the past has suggested only doing plyometrics 2-3 times a week max on top of you're usually load. Thoughts?

      when I was growing up I did gymnastics for around 12-13 years. I was working out 6 days a week (unless there was a competition). The cardio was about this intense or more so, in addition to event practice and conditioning every night. Also similar to wrestling. I think like Chris1101100 said, it depends on your goals and motivation.

      lol I'm 5'10". Average height. And what does any of that have to do what I said? Gymnast typically aren't huge bulky guys anyway. They tend to be more lean. All I really do now is martial arts though. So my goals aren't to bulk up anyway.

    I'm around 9-10% fat mass,if i do a small cardio session every time i workout + my full body workout (which lasts something like 1h 30 min) shouldnt i lose weight and at the same time increase my muscle mass? (considering that im 1.75meters per 70 kg). keep going BM!

    Man is there any rest between excersises? Or just do it all the way to the end?
