As a South African it is depressing to me that the chances of this car getting any ICE engine's are basically none and getting a proper inline 6 even less. Here in my country electric cars just don't work for most people day to day, hybrids are very popular but that's because we need range.
Fantastic looking car, an obvious reimagine of the original 1961 BMW 1500 Neue Klasse corduroy seats and all , and all the better for it. Getting their mojo back on grill design to, nicely understated and classy
few years ago I remember seeing a meme about the bmw kidney grill getting more and more ridiculous....I had a good laugh. When the bmw ix came out I thought wow no way that meme is going to become real Now I believe either bmw designers enjoyed that meme so much they decide to make it a reality, or time travellers are real.
So HOG aye - hand of god. Sounds okay in theory and I would expect that AI could be a big part of that. But with computers and especially used in a moving object like a car, there will be a need to be some sort of redundant system.
