Lean In, Lean Away Lateral Raises

  • This is a compound set of two lateral raise variations which stress the entire resistance curve:
    1) Leaning lateral raise
    2) Lean away lateral raise
    The leaning lateral raise emphasizes the bottom portion of the resistance curve, while the lean away lateral raise emphasizes the top contracted portion of the resistance curve.
